The app works fine and can handle even complex shipping logic once you've figured out how it works. While it might not be very self explanatory, they do provide professional & fast reacting support. It's the easiest way that I've found to create elaborate shipping policies (such as per item fees). The customer support is available all the time--Siva was great when I had questions about setting up scenarios! He immediately jumped on a Zoom and walked me through it all.

The app works really well for all the shipping rules we wanted. It's a bit tricky to set up, however, the support is amazing. I was on a zoom call with Siva and he was able to handle all my requirements and set up everything in about 30 min. Definitely 5* support.

Their communication and problem-solving skills are top-notch. Really impressed! [Updated ]I was assisted by Siva and Kumar from the customer service in helping our website set up complicated shipping rules of combine shipping rates. They were very helpful and patient in assisting us and even went out of the way to assist us on a full Sunday to get our checkout cart working. Two thumbs up for their service and attitude.
