It took a bit of work to setup, but Bold Apps was really helpful and things work perfectly now. Their Product Options app made my site possible just the way I wanted it. I'd recommend it!

I would love to give this app, which I upgraded to the Premium level, and its sister app, Quantity Breaks, a five-star review as it shows such promise, but I can't. I signed up on the 12th and 13th respectively and launched on the 23rd. I was desperately trying to get my products, most of which have minimum set quantities, to show the correct price. Apparently I have pay for a Bold Apps expert to ensure that a product, which for example, comes in a set of 25 shows "25" in the Quantity box (despite being able to enter 25 units having no discount and 26+ units with a $ or % discount etc in Quantity Breaks), and not "1". Customers can also edit the minimum 25 in the cart to 1 so something is seriously amiss. Bold Apps seems to be a victim of its own success because no coding can be done until late May and every time I have checked in the last week, Bold Apps live chat has no-one available to undertake chat. So you have to play email tag. Proceed only if you are an expert coder, have all the time in the world, and only sell items in single quantities.

This was almost exactly what I was looking for in order to offer different options within my store. The installation process was a bit challenging and if you are not an expert with HTML then I would highly suggest going with the install set-up the bold team offers.

This app was just what I was looking for to offer a variety of options for my melamine prayer plates & personalized placemats. I am impressed that I can change options quickly within the app instead of having to edit each individual product. The support staff was quick and efficient in responding to both my request to install the app as well as to fix an issue I was having once it was installed. I would definitely recommend this app and this company!!

Our store gives costumers the unique chance to support a foundation of their choice when they're purchasing one of our handmade accessories. Without the help of Product Options and their wonderful Support team, it wouldn't have been possible! Great app! We truly recommend it!

This app is wonderful to fill in the gaps that the Shopify template may not have. We offer custom/personalized orders and the text boxes are great to have on the product page. And to have more freedom with variants is a huge plus! Plus the support has been AWESOME!

Product Options has allowed us to easily allow our customers to customize our product offering. It is easy to setup options and assign them to products. In cart editing is a very nice feature Support is very helpful. We encountered a small issue with our implementation. Support was able to locate it and resolve it quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended, especially for shops which sell a single product with various accessories and options available.

I am absolutely thrilled with this app!!! The majority of items in my shop have a variety of options, so this was the exact thing that I needed to get my shop organized! Many items in my shop also have options that affect the price depending on what the customer chooses, so that is one of the main things that sold me on this app and I love it! I also love that you can set certain options, or all options, to 'Required' so that the customer HAS to choose before they can add it to their cart. This really streamlines things so that I'm not having to track down customers after their purchase to confirm which accent bead they wanted on a necklace, for example. It took just a little bit of time to get it set up, but I have a very large inventory of items to apply several options to. Now that everything has been up and running for several days, I truly couldn't be happier! It has streamlined everything and my customers are enjoying how simple it is to pick their options. Great job with this app!!

I love this app! It gave my shop the functionality that it need for me to offer some new products for my customers. It's easy to use, and integrates well with my theme. When I had a concern about the installation the support team took care of the situation in a timely manner, and responded to my emails quickly. Definitely worth the investment.

This app is fantastic! Makes providing options to customers a breeze. Customer service have been very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Does exactly what we needed it to. When we had a little trouble with the initial install (we did it manually), Boldapps came in and fixed it for us. Very helpful.

I paid the $40 to get the liquid all set up for me and it was well worth it (couple of days to turn around). The app works so well for our store. We have the premium package so I've been able to set up really simple ways for customers to view only the options relevant to them when they walk through the various options for certain products - and the price changes accordingly.

This app makes everything so much more convenient when it comes to making changes in our store. It's the only workable one I have found. Thanks so much to the guys at Bold Apps for their great customer support, as well.

Product options is the perfect fit for our business. We create personalised word for customers all around the world and product options enables us to add extra fields quickly and easily. Customers can edit their order directly from the shopping cart which for us is huge. Give product options a go, you won't be disappointed.

If you plan on doing Product Options, this is the app you need to get. Super-intuitive interface (although it does time-out if you're working on a long option list, so save often!), excellent customer service, and very powerful. Forget creating matrices of different options. Just create the options, select the products you want it applied to, format any conditional logic (if you need it), and BAM, you're done. You can apply these options across hundreds of products at once. Also, as an added benefit, you can link options to real products, which is how most of our options are setup. AMAZING!

This company offers some of the most amazing and useful apps i have came across for my websites i use 4 of there apps at the moment but have no hesitation when installing a new apps from these guys and if i cant install the liquid code myself there installation service come second to none fast and reliable and most of all affordable for businesses of all sizes. Thank you for all your help Bold Team. Highly Recommended.

We use this on all 3 of our Shopify stores. Couldn't live without it! Bold apps is the best in shopify apps and can't wait to see what else they come out with.

This app is wonderful, as is the customer service. They were quick to install or to answer any questions. Once you've figured out the app it is very user friendly and simple. Without the conditionals option on the premium plan I wouldn't be able to offer as many products in my store. This makes the ordering process easy and fast for clients.

Just the drop down system we were looking for, its worth upgrading to premium to be able to make the conditions. Their customer service is really helpful too!

Very flexible app and great support. Interface is quite a learning curve and not intuitive, but if you persevere you can have a lot of power without learning to code or hire custom dev. work.
