I have to say that this company has the BEST customer service...and I mean the BEST!!! They have been very willing to help walk me through steps to getting my options uploaded onto my site each time I have called. I emailed a request to change something and it was done almost immediately after I sent the email.Their email communication is also amazing! So far, the options app is working out great for our website and I look forward to adding more of the features it enables us to use. I highly recommend both this app and the company! I Love this app! I've been using it for about 2yrs , and with as many options as my store has to offer my store simply can't function without this app. You can really add as many options as you'd like within minutes! Am a newbie to this, product options seems to be a necessity for us as we have a lot of info to track with each order, looks like we need "Exporter" to get all the option information over to QB where we manage the order flow once its in manufacturing. There are simple tricks like creating an option which calls up a shopify product item and drops it into the order, which then dumps out into QB just as needed.

I just had the most amazing experience with Michael at support. I was trying to do some fancy nested conditional logic and it wasn't working. He actually took the time to do it for me and stuck around until it was working. He also helped with 2 other issues I was having. In general I've been able to do everything I want with this app, it's really powerful. I wish the app supported adding pictures to each option, that's an extra $900 one time customization. But other than that i'm thrilled with the app and not going back.

This is a very effective tool for adding options and variants that don't require pricing. It addresses a severe limitation in Shopify's product structure.

This app does everything I need with product options. The real stand out is the support. Michael was super helpful and went above and beyond to help us get the app working the way we wanted it. Could not offer enough praise and will definitely be considering their other apps in future.

Holly was really helpful and responsive to all of my issues, even when a secondary issue came up she didn't push back through the process of going through the support line. She took care of the new situation immediately, and it is very reassuring to have support that will take care of your issues.

Extremely useful app to integrate in your Shopify shop. I'm currently using it for my store to personalize different items. Now I have the option to let my customers choose certain things. Great app! If you want your products to have different options (size, color,...) this is the one.

This app is exactly what we needed. The team at Bold were so helpful - I did needed to contact the support team for some advice, the response came quickly and solved my issue We are not web developers so we needed something very simple and thats what we got! All my products on my website need to be personalised and this app does the job. I would be happy to recommend this app.

Really good, flexible app. Not exactly what we need but very helpful customer support so I would recommend it, and would consider using again in the future.

It took a little tweeking but n the end everything is working as planned. Our cannabidiol options were pretty vast and so it was necessary to implement some kind of options app. Customer support was friendly and responsive..great overall!

We have multiple products that require additional input from the customer, especially for personalized or customized products. Product Options does require a very detailed and careful setup, But once installed, it works great. Recommended.

I sent a request to upgrade my Product Options and the staff emailed me within 24 hours with instructions on what they needed. The upgrade was performed quickly and I received emails with updates during the process. It is a pleasure working with the Bold Apps staff, they are very knowledgeable about their products and are always extremely helpful!

I really like this app! It's exactly what I was searching for. I manufacture premium silk pillowcases and sleep accessories to help career women unwind and wake up refreshed-- & we offer monogramming on certain products as an upgrade. With this app we were able to include this option on our new Shopify store without any issues and the installation was simple! Great job!

This was our first Bold App, but not our last! This is a very easy to use app and it is so very helpful. I started to do the install myself, but then decided to let the dev do it and they were super quick. It works great! Great developer with great customer service!

Great app. We offer a lot of variations that depend on certain conditions of a product. Conditional logic was a perfect solution, making it very easy for the customer to understand what they were getting. Customer service usually responds promptly as well :)

If we could give less than 1 star we would. Variants are not shown on the checkout page. So when a customer orders a product they will not see exactly what they are ordering, this will cause lots of abandoned checkouts like we have been experiencing. Customer service will get back to you within a day or so but as far as actually helping, you are on your own.

Easy to install. Makes creating variants a snap.
