great app, I paid the extra money to have the coding done for me and it was done in no time. very happy with the results

Product Options has enabled my shop to collect information from customers so our designers know just how to personalize their stationery. Without this app, we never would have been able to switch to Shopify.

We don't usually write reviews, but this Product Options App by Bold Apps is by far the best app we have installed for our Shopify store! Our store creates Catholic personalized planners that require a lot of options, so this awesome app is essential to our store, and the updates to the app keep getting better and better! We've contacted the Bold Apps support team via email and phone a few times for troubleshooting and for tips and recommendations, and they have been helpful every single time, sometimes responding within the hour! We're very impressed and grateful for this app, as we couldn't run our store without it! Thank you, Bold Apps, for creating such practical, intuitive, creative, and easy-to-use apps!

Bold has fantastic support and worked out all the problems that I had on the options app. If you have complicated code in the background, its sometime harder to implement, but their tier 2 support was able to figure out a way. Good Job Bold.

Edit: after dealing with Bold Apps for the last couple weeks, I wish I could change my previous review to 6 stars. They're amazing!!! So 5 Stars across the board. Everybody who helped me at this company did an amazing job, start to finish, in a timely manner. I will definitely work with them again. Particularly, in this case, Curtis and Tamer, both of whom were professional and prompt to respond. Nice work guys!

So I'll be honest, the app has been super well-built and support is fantastic. The initial manual / custom went a little iffy, but the were super fantastic about fixing the instal and getting it running incredibly well. Super responsive and professional support.

For our store, we just needed a simple personalization tool, and this is perfect! There are actually alot more settings and customization options than I need, but they're good to have incase we need to add more options to our products in the future! :)

Don't know what the reviewer under me is talking about, I've had prompt, courteous and perfect support from email one and on thanksgiving as well.

I've been using this app for a couple of months and I love it! It allows me to give my customers a variety of options to choose from. It makes it easy not only for me but for my customers that visit my shop. LOVEEEE IT! Also, if you ever need help, their support team will respond within the same day.

My shop contains products with various options. This app was ideal for that.

Cargo Bike King is a pure eCommerce site the addition of Bold Apps has allowed us to refine our product offerings of bikes, motors and battery combinations. Without this refinement product choices would be confusing and conversions would be lost. This application is essential to any site selling products, and could be modified for services. I would add that their service has been reliable, and in our book that makes them exceptional.

I desperately needed an app to allow me to add more custom options to my vintage inspired racing jerseys. I'm still discovering what I can do with the Product Options app but so far I'm thrilled. This will make the process more efficient for my customers and myself by cutting down on questions and mistakes. We tried another app before this for options, but this one is 100x better! We need a lot of different options because our store sells customized products and this app definitely delivers! In addition, it makes it easy to do batch edits because you can add multiple products to one option whereas other apps require you at add the options to each product individual. Great job!
