This app is AMAZING! If you have products that have multiple options or customized items, this makes life a million times easier! A major plus is all the info is transferred right to the checkout so it is there in black and white for both buyer and seller! Awesome app!

Very amazing app! Our whole store is based on customization, and this app has made our lives that much easier! The interface, and ease of use, is hands down first class! Great support, and very friendly staff as well!

Great app.. wish it synced everyday instead of once a week, but you can request a sync 'out-of-turn' once you've added new items :) Tamer and the rest of the support staff are friendly and accommodating for sure.

So far, so good! This app is doing exactly what I needed it to do!

Great app, easy to use and the best one out there for product options management. The support team is very responsive and friendly. There's a very particular feature we would like to have and they immediately offered to look into it and see if it can be customized in our store.

Product Options is a fantastic app for my shop. My products are made-to-order with several options, including conditional options, and this app supports that and makes it look great! The custom service is excellent! I had the Bold Apps team install Product Options for me. They answered all of my questions promptly and had the app installed and working perfectly in less than the originally stated time. I would highly recommend this app for anyone who wants more control over the options for their products, and I would recommend Bold Apps in general as a company with high quality products and service.

You guys just nail everything! Whenever we hit a road block, you've been there. We don't code - but we have an amazing site and have spent very little time managing the back end. I mean if you guys knew how to photograph our products and what are prices were, I wouldn't have to do anything. :) Product Options was stumbling with some of our unique code, but your guys went above and beyond, and made it work by fixing our code...too cool.

It´s so amazing when you find, beside a great solution, a great customer service as well. thank you so much guys for helping me out with everything and for bringing what i needed to Shopify! You are the best!!!

We sell wicker baskets with personalized liners. That is the customer has the option to buy just basket, basket and liner or basket and liner with embroidery on it. You app was exactly what we needed for our store. Now we can define options for our customers and it saves us a lot of redundant work. I'd give it 5 stars (instead of 4) if images could be changed based on customers option selection.

I'm on my trial period and I can say the app is great. The support it's great (Ron was my assessor) because they solved my installation problem in hours without an extra charge. My only recommendation is make more clear the installation steps, because it starts really clear, but later there are some confusing points. But they solved it fast and great, and the App is very complete. I will buy the Premium Plan. I recommend it.

Overall not a bad product, but not great. It'll have to do until we can afford to pay 10K to have a nice website built for us. The main issue with this app is that it doesn't track inventory for common variants like size, or color. So the type of options you can realistically use with this app is limited. Their customer service is responsive though and they offered a work around. The work around was to create a duplicate hidden product, but the problem is it shows the same item twice in the cart, and at the very end at check out, its removed since its a hidden product. Very confusing for buyers to click add to cart for 1 item, and see it appear twice in their cart, so that didn't work. This app is awesome to use for adding options like "accessories" though. With the premium version, it shows "total extras" for any additional add-ons your customer chooses, which is pretty cool.

More option means more buying!!

I like the idea and it seems to work ok. The biggest issue I have is that it has a conflict with ajax so you have to turn off your added to cart notification and have it go straight to cart. Unfortunately, this is a known conversion killer. I'm not sure at this point if it's worth doing that. Our sales have dropped since adding this app. Still looking for a work around.

Our Auto parts store would have been just like everyone else if we wouldn't have integrated BOLD product options app. This app along with Shopify was able to take our store to the next level. We have been able to market one product in many different locations to insure higher up sales. Since we use the premium option for our app, if was a bit difficult to implement the code, but the BOLD support team was amazing at fixing the issue. The worked and fixed it in a very quickly manner.

My business, Handcrafted Honey Bee, sells DIY skin care kits. My original vision for the company was to have a website where the customer could customize their kit however they wanted--they could choose the color for their lip balms, for example, or the different flavors from a list we provided. I also wanted them to be able to upgrade their kits--for an extra charge, I imagined customers being able to add sweetening oil to lip balm kits, probiotics to deodorant kits, swap out apricot kernel oil for olive oil in our herbal salve kits...the list was endless. NO other app out there was able to do what I wanted, and I was worried that I wouldn't be able to bring my vision to life...until I found Product Options. Not only was that app able to do EXACTLY what I wanted, but I was able to add conditional logic so customers could bypass the customization options if they wanted to keep it simple. I love this app! It truly makes my business possible, exactly the way I want it. There's nothing out there like it, and it truly is a game-changing app for us. I have a ton of Bold Apps. And every single time I've had an issue, troubleshooting to do, or just a simply question, I've had prompt, polite, and effective help.

Product Options is possibly the biggest time-saver out of every app on the shopify market. It's a somewhat daunting task getting it installed, but Bold Apps' directions are very clear and precise. If you're frustrated with Shopify's variants, then Product Options is a must have. Our store, eluxycomputers.com, has products with up to six option categories and many choices within those categories. It would take legitimately hundreds of variant configurations for each product to be able to do this normally, but product options solves this problem. I highly recommend it!

This App solved my problem with Variant limits. Our website is now working exactly the way we envisioned it. www.toppingtown.com I never write reviews but this one was worth telling others about. We attempted to modify the liquid code ourselves and it was a little too much coding for our taste but we simply paid for the liquid code install from the Bold Apps team and it was completed in a few days. Good little app, Unfortunately it wasn't in the end suitable for what i need but would certainly recommend regardless.

Holly was focused on helping us with a problem and didn't give up until it was solved - all within the same day. When someone cares about a customer like that, and can do something to actually help, you can't ask for anything more. There is one challenge though - it's all done through email which at times is difficult for some of us, but I have to admit it worked just fine for me.
