I'm a small business owner based in London, England. I'm developing my new website using Shopify and this App. In a few weeks it will replace my bespoke website for which I paid many thousands of Pounds and continue to pay substantial maintenance fees. I am selling passenger transportation services, not tee shirts or trainers - so I need a very comprehensive platform - which this app provides.'Product Options' gives me total control of sales 'engine' of my business. I really don't know what we would do without this app! When we set out to build our ecommerce site we weren't even sure if it was possible to achieve the level of product customization we were envisioning, and after several weeks of sifting through and testing out a few handfuls of ecommerce services, the absolute only solution that gave us adjustable pricing, conditional logic, unlimited product variants, customizable appearance and everything else we needed was Shopify with Product Options by BoldApps. We have been extremely impressed with this app—I honestly don't know if our online store would exist right now without it. And on top of that, the Support Team at Bold Apps has been absolutely AMAZING. They have have been nothing but helpful, patient, and polite every single time that we've contacted them. Thank you and well done!

Very useful app, without it, we wouldn't be able to showcase our English courses around the world.

Spent about 30 hours incorporating this app into our website -- it worked for about 3 days then all of the sudden the prices don't transfer to the cart. We had to shut down our entire business on Friday because nobody from Bold would answer our emails. When they finally did answer they said "we're swamped".....really? Great response Bold and thanks for the loss of revenue. We paid these people $40 to install the code and $19.99 a month for nothing. I'd stay away from this app unless you want to lose money....

We can't say enough about the stellar APP and the great customer service from the BOLD team!! We would recommend this APP to any store looking to include options to their products and services. AWESOME!!!

The app is fantastic. We have a huge number of options for our products and this application makes the organization of the options much easier to handle. Had a little issue with the options not showing up in the cart, but their customer service is top notch. They were quick to offer support and get things running perfectly. If there are cheaper options out there, it will be tough to make up the value of their customer support. We have full confidence if we have any future issues they would respond and solve it quickly.

Love the app! It really helps create a user-friendly e-commerce experience and allows customers to easily select product options and completely personalize their purchases. It was easy to install and it's really easy to use.

app is awesome as we needed the ability to do several hundred options in one box. this is one of only a couple that you can do that. coding in was a little tricky for our web person but out side of that, money.

It took a while to set this up and I would recommend spending the money to have Bold update your code. My questions were answer quickly and I like the look of everything now.

Product Options is a helpful way of making something more complex on top of the Shopify structure, however does require a bit of HTML skills to get it to look and feel nicer than the out-the-box presets. Support team are pretty helpful too, but I'd recommend paying to get it installed as it's a bit fiddly.

Great app, works perfectly Just wish there was an easier way to preview the full features of options. Apart from that, definitely worth downloading.

Great addition to Shopify for stores that need to offer more than one option for the same product. Very easy to use. I recommend that you invest the $40 to have their team install the application as it is a little overwhelming to someone not familiar with liquid script.

This met our needs exactly. I am so happy to have discovered this as an app! I was a little intimidated by the liquid editing steps, as I haven't coded since my Geocities webpages in the 90s and it was marked as advanced. But I was able to do it! Woohooo!

I've tried out the competition for this app and no other app does what the Premium Product Options does. It is well worth the price if your whole shop relies on it. I needed dropdowns to appear only when certain options are selected in the previous dropdown AND I needed some options to affect the total price of the item. I will most likely be recommending this app to any client that needs a lot of options on their product pages.
