Great app, great customer service! My only ask would be that they make it compatible with regular pages (not just product page). But it's already doing more than I expected. Thanks to everyone at Bold!

First the app. The app is not simple to install, thank god we have a web developer who did it for us. Alternatively, you can pay BOLD money to do it for you, which seems shady; make an app, but make it very difficult for a normal user to install, and then charge more money. The app itself is fairly simple to use and do the job of what we need it to. However, the options will not show to your clients if their browser does not have Java enabled. Fun little fact, many mobile clients don't have Java. So you're basically losing out on tons of potential customers. Also, if you are trying to generate reports and exporting your orders via .csv files (excel), your options will not be there. Now BOLD as a company and their support are absolutely atrocious. Multiple times, over the last 3 1/2 months of using this app, we have attempted to contact their support team. They advertise 9-5 M-F. We always call within those hours and it always goes to their voicemail. We leave messages and they have never called us back. When talking about a support ticket, they will email us instead, which doesn't work for us. Often times the advice or "fix" they give is incorrect and doesn't work, which is frustrating with the massive gaps in communication time. I would give the app a 3 because it does what it is suppose to, despite having some flaws and I would give bold a 0-1 because they have horrible customer service.

This app is awesome. Shopify would not work for me without it. We must be able to offer service options for many of our products which is beyond the capabilities of Shopify. Thanks for creating such an awesome app.

Excellent product, performs as advertised. I gave it 5 stars because the functionality is exactly what a custom based business such as mine needs. I have just launched my website and it wouldn't have been possible without BOLD!

Great app with great functionality and the service these guys provide is outstanding!

It took me a little while to get my head around this one, that's just because there are so many options to make your products work for purchase how you want them to. After I figured things out, I'm happy to say that everything is a breeze and the app works great.

Does exactly what was promised, and even better, the support staff are great. They've been very patient answering my questions and they've even done some tweaks for me. Couldn't be happier!

Great plugin, worked exactly as I expected.

As a Shopify user and business owner of customized dance shirts, I was looking to implement unlimited combinations with price changes and conditional logic. I've searched carefully through the Shopify app store and quickly came to the conclusion that the only way to do this was via the product options or product builder app from Bold Apps. For me the product options app was sufficient. After unsuccessfully trying to install the app myself, I turned to Bold Apps to do the job for me. It costs $ 40 to have it installed, but it was worth every penny. They came with an estimated time frame of completion and delivered within that time frame. What's more, is that I needed a few tweeks on the app for it to display better on my store. Tamer from Bold Apps has been of absolute great help with quick, adequate responses and super fast turnaround!

Great addition! This is a feature that should be baked into Shopify but im glad BOLD Apps stepped up. Makes it somewhat easy to add more complicated custom orders (after a bit of a learning curve) Support has been very prompt, although i had to resort to using their Installation Service to get it working on my theme. Not too pricey however. Their custom builder application is what i might look to in the future. Good job.

Be Warned! This app cannot be used with the shopify Pinterest buyable pins option. If you use this app none of your variations will show on the pinterest buyable pins. You will have to hand type all of your variations on each product and not use this app to have a buyable pin on the new Pinterest service. Sure would be nice if Shopify or Bold would let people know this before they purchase this app.

Awesome App! Shopify should buy this from you and make it a standard on their templates! I wish I could have used this when I opened my store!

I am generally happy with the app. However, now that I have a lot of product on the site, it takes a long time to add listings to the options. The app has slowed down tremendously. Otherwise it all works well and I would recommend it.

Easy to follow instructions meant I had a customisation form up and working in under half an hour. I'd recommend.

This is my first Shopify App Review and I have to say Product Options is a the number one app for my site. I have been using it now for approximately 8-9 weeks. Most of my products are made-to-order with a lot of personalised products, and this app makes it easy for my customers, and looks good doing it. Bolds customer service was fast & faultless! I had their apps team install Product Options for me, and they had the app installed and working perfectly within 24 hours. I highly recommend this app & Bold, and i will also be upgrading to the Premium version very soon, as i think it could help me with individual shipping services & pricing. Thanks!

Customer service is great, app is super easy to use and customise!

Bold is simply the best at everything they do! They integrated their app with my theme in a weeks time even though the first review on the app store said it couldn't be done. I highly highly highly recommend the quality people and services Bold has to offer!
