terrific app & very very quick and kind and friendly support! clean layout, easy to use.

Was disappointed that Shopify didn't more options and variants until I found product options! Very pleased with "Product Options" app but even more pleased with the service....I am not a programer and opted to have the folks at Shappify (James) install this for me and they even helped me with an extra issue! Wish I had the extra money to get the quantity breaks app they offer but maybe in the future!

On top of making it easy to offer simple options for our products, This app is allowing our vendors to offer customizable options that allow customers to create custom products based on the options they wish to offer, which opens up an entire new way for our customers to shop. This app is helping us to allow customers more incentive to shop with us compared to our competitors since our customers can create special custom products, unlike competition, which does not offer these types of abilities. Amazing and very helpful app, a must have. And I have to say one of the best customer service, (wish others did the same). Email communication was like as if we were chatting via messenger, or even better texting back and forth. This app will be helpful for those like myself that need more variants. Shopify's 100 total variants doesnt cut it, so I had to create multiple links and products to complete the sales. This app gets rid of all those additional links. Less confusion for the customer, and less "special instructions" on their end.

Killer app that allows us to easily offer lots of customization options that would otherwise not be possible on shopify at this time...and certainly wouldn't be as dead easy to use as this app is. Also James at support was fantastic, installed for us and answered every email we sent him within 24h.

Shappify guys are fantastic. I needed help several times after installing the Product Options App and they happily helped. James was very helpful. I look forward to installing their other apps soon.

I have used 2 other apps by Shappify -- Product Discount and Product Upsell, and both are important parts of our marketing arsenal. We just launched a line of HDTV frames, and we were struggling with how to allow customers to share the size, make and model of their TV. Product Options solved that problem in a few minutes and applied the options to the entire product category. Customers can enter the make, model and size and they can even attach a photo if their installation is unusual. It's my understanding that the Shopify API doesn't allow apps to alter the prices and weights, so it could be an issue if we find that we need to charge more for larger frames, but I have faith that Shopify will make this possible (I plan to bug them incessantly), and my experience with Shappify tells me that they will add this feature as soon as it is.

OK, I just singed up yesterday and so far the customer service has been great. I can't review much about the product other than to say what little I played around with it it is incredibly easy to use and very straightforward. If the first 24 hours are indicative of how this will go, you can consider me a very satisfied customer.

Fantastic customer service! They were so quick and helpful to set us up. Even went above and beyond to help us style our options.

The template I use for our shop needed some additional coding to enable it to work well with the app. James and the team helped in no time to get everything up and running, but whats amazing is how responsive they are in assisting you to get working. You must try this if you on a low plan as it will save you those much needed SKU's. The app formatting etc fits very well within the theme, so give this a shot as you can't go wrong really.

Perfect addition to my store, should have jumped on board a month ago! So much time would have been saved! The support rec'd from James was awesome. I am highly recommending this app.

We have 85 products, in 12 sizes, 13 colours, bespoke or made to measure, cup sizes, waist sizes..... you get the picture, endless, endless options. All of which become a total breeze with this app, PLUS looks brilliant on my site. Very neat and tidy. This is the best thing to happen to our store since we arrived on Shopify. And the support level is amazing - set up issues solved within hours of my sending a mail. Perfect. Get it. You won't regret it.

Firstly I would like to Congratulate on their Excellent Customer Support!!! which is very impressive. I am NOT a computer whiz by any means and was having some technical issues,emailed them for help and in no time they solved all my problems. Super convenient App t for a non tech-savy like me. I purchased the options app to assist with my site and it has made it very easy. When I was entering my code I had an issue and the team was there to support me. They are currently working with the liquid to assist me. 48 hours is a good turn around time. Thanks for making if simple.

Great APP guys and the support was awesome. I added this late Friday and their hours were Mon to Fri Office Hours. However I received an email over the weekend addressing my concern over the install and they installed it for me and it was fully functioning by Tuesday morning. It saved us time and money since it doesn't add SKUs to the products. First Class App with First Class Support A+++ We recommend this app to EVERYONE!
