Product Options is a MUST HAVE app for any store that sells customized products or that needs to gather info from the customer at time of purchase. I have used this app in 3 stores that I've built now and love how easy it is to use. I've worked with Ron several times for customer service questions and he has always been SUPERB! He is always kind, is very helpful and always gets back to me in a short amount of time. Service like that and a great app are what have kept me coming back 3 times over. Great app, great customer service, highly recommended.

This app is wonderful! It's easy to use, and even comes with great instructions if you need help at any point! The staff is very helpful, also. Quick response to any support requests and awesome customer service. I would definitely recommend this app, and would be interested in other apps made by this developer.

I am stunned with the customer service of Shappify. The way I wanted to use this app is a bit different (and I thought impossible) to accomplish, so I uninstalled it. I then got a personal email from James, and he asked me why I uninstalled. I explained it to him, and he proceeded to spend OVER THREE HOURS OF HIS TIME fixing my product.liquid page so that it could handle the functionality I wanted from this app. He went WAY OVER AND BEYOND my wildest expectations of customer service, staying over 30 minutes after he was supposed to get off from work. A++++ Shappify has my business for life.

I just purchased this App and began using it yesterday. I ran into a little glitch on how the App was functioning on my site and the Service team fixed it right away! Great customer service for a neat App!

Great app. Allows me to add more variants to my products without any limitations. There was a styling issue when installed but James responded within an hour and fixed the problem. This app is also extremely easy to use ... this coming from someone who doesn't have the time or patience to learn how to use new apps. Couldn't have been easier ... highly recommended!
