Bold has been tremendously responsive in helping us add their product option feature to our Shopify website. The product is intuitive and responsive and customer service 5 star.

These guys totally Rock! Not only is this app by far the best personalisation app on the market, their customer service is truly second to none. Any problems are dealt with in super quick time and nothing seems to be too much for the guys to respond to. Always friendly and concise with their information. The app does exactly as is says on the tin. You can easily apply options to any or all of your products quickly with no knowledge of code etc required. Thanks all at Bold apps :-)

Henry from the Team Bold Apps did an amazing job installing the product options to our Shopify Theme. The product integrates seamlessly throughout the site and more importantly the entire platform. I love this app. I offer many different options and many different combinations of options on my items and this app makes keeping them organized a snap. I love that I can show certain options only if a previous option warrants it and that my customers can easily edit their items from their cart instead of starting all over. Customer service has been awesome too! Thanks for making my life easier!

Too early to tell how this is going to work for me as I just got it installed. What I did find impressive though is the phone number was published, they answered it, and the person on the other end spoke fluent ENGLISH. Sad to think that is a noteworthy event in today's America, but it's the reality. These facts alone compel me to think this is a step in the right direction. C. LongRifles, Inc.

I am on the trial currently but already this App is beyond meeting my expectations! I attempted to install the liquid code myself and got stuck, and sent a request for help on a late Saturday. It was completed first thing Monday morning! Now I am ready to rock and roll with customization of all my products. The videos help with that and it's very simple to do either a single product or bulk product customization, which is exactly what I was looking for in an App. Definitely will look at more Bold Apps for my store!

This app exports your data from shopify servers to the bold app servers, there is no mention of this anywhere BEFORE you buy it. I was really unhappy with the security issues of this, there are implications if you want to be a compliant business and you are not specifying this in your privacy policy. How can you be accountable as a a business if you can't track where your data is going? I am still awaiting a refund from bold apps after 6 weeks, so it looks like their promise of a refund if you are not happy with the app is a bit pie-in-the-sky! Be aware, this is NOT an recommended app for a business website!! You also have to have the $19.99 to use any kind of conditional logic with the product variations, the $9.99 version is pretty useless, this is not made evident until you install and are billed for the app, also if you want to remove the app you have to go and manually remove the liquid files from your HTML and CSS files this is not that easy to do. I would have concerns about data-mining issues.

We are building our first website with Shopify and getting our second app with Bold. The first experience - Buy the Measurement - was very gratifying and I have Bold Team installing the app for us. Now we decided to customize even further and got Product Options. Because we needed some support, we have Mr. Tamer helping us all the way and - BAM! - getting ready for more apps. For some reason we feel very comfortable with Bold - the apps seems to be more elaborated and professionally executed, despite the fact that needs a little bit more in the beginning the results are fantastic. Thanks Bold and thanks Tamer. P.S. We assure that we are giving this review freely, no pressure or any other method of torture was utilized during the process. It's a pure expression of our feelings. We just opened our store in the last 30 days and found we needed a way to add more options to our products.We found and Installed Bold Apps Product Options. We had a little trouble when installing the app ourselves, got stuck halfway through.So we decided to have Bold Apps do the install for us. it took less than 24 hours to have us up and running.We are now using the app with much success. I would highly recommend using Bold Commerce Apps for all of your needs in your Shopify store. I would also say as a small business owner have them handle the installation of your apps it will be invaluable in your business.

We had a highly complex custom application built for us, based on the Product Options platform. Let me be the first to tell you, there is a LOT more than meets the eye with this app, and the sky is virtually the limit. Our custom app has roughly 30 configurable steps, a metric ton of conditional logic, and loads of special rules. The app runs quick and flawlessly which is quite impressive. The folks at Bold Apps (Heman, Calin, Jeff, and the crew) were very professional and easy to work with. If you're looking for complex custom app development, Bold Apps seem to be one of the best choices out there.

I would highly recommend this app. It is much more in depth than the others and has great plan options, including a free one!

I went through several "Free" apps before I found the Bold product. Simply put, the free apps did not work; the Bold app did, and does. I love the flexibility to add numerous options for my customers and actually have those options translate to the check out and payment pages. The price is reasonable and in my case just one sale will pay for the app for a whole month. I highly recommend the Product Options app by Bold Commerce.

Where do i start? This app has the potential to be awesome, but the install and poor customer service ruined it for me. I have a little experience with code but the install instructions sucked and when I tried to get help it took them about a week to respond to my issue and by that time I had removed the app. I considered paying the $40 to have them install but I read reviews saying it still didn't work and depending on what theme you use the code could show up at checkout. I urge people to read the reviews past page 1. Their service is super terrible. In my opinion I would never use any of there apps just based on their service!

Options works and works well. However, it's not foolproof (example: the multiple dropdown format allows you to check off multiple options in mobile, but on desktop it gets you to highlight the options, effectively making it look to the user that you're picking one at a time). Nevertheless, the support team does work for you even though it can take a while during busy times. I'm happy to have the app but would love to see refinement in the UX. Thanks!
