Had I know it was this easy to open a web store, I would've done it years ago. Shopify and Bold are a perfect match. The customization made possible by Bold is really cool. Support Dept is very responsive and made some minor modifications I needed quickly. Now I'm studying their other apps to see what the possibilities are. My store goes live next week. Thanks Bold!

I had some problems using this app at the beginning because it was new to me. With Tamer's help the problems that I encountered were solved. He was patient and helpful. He complied with my request and I was satisfied with the outcome. Overall, the support workers who helped me were accommodating. Thanks, Mercy Is there"s a discount to complete the features? it needs to upgrade to get the features. i thought 9.99 is complete

This app does what is intended and more. Add product options, give each option listed prices, add conditional logic, assign option to product, ect. Happy that I switched to this app compared to the previous apps that I've used. While I will not name those apps, I will say that this app is compatible with the new standard theme and that it will probably be compatible with yours. Its just the liquid coding that's confusing. I paid 40 bucks to have a professional do the coding for me. His name was Marty. Polite and did everything that I asked. Finished the coding in about 1 day. Now that's what I call fast service!

This app works great! My business can be very complicated with many options needed and the Bold team helped set it all up so it looks great and functions properly. Recently made my site mobile and needed some help with the mobile options and MC knocked it out in 24 hours! Amazing service. By the way, Quantity Breaks is pretty fantastic as well!

Spoke to Marty and Tamer who both installed my code in their advertised time, but of course much sooner :) thank you for that service, it is appreciated. With the wide range of function apps you have I will consider further paid options. I intend to keep the premium options because as you will see if you research; BOLD has the "modern" basic functions at a fair price, not rip-off and this is appreciated by the industry and is good for the industry. Excellent app! It is impressive in its ease of use and functionality. The installation process is a little bit tedious but so worth it! I accidentally broke something in the install process and dreaded what I assumed would be a very time consuming and frustrating process of working with their customer service to get my website working again. However, Ryan and Tamer from support were amazingly fast and competent and got me up and running in no time. Fantastic customer service!

I love the Bold options and it is really easy to use, once you checked out the videos. I did the implementation and I missed something in the coding. Has good options and does everything I need in terms of adding variable options to products beyond the standard Shopify features. That said, the level of modifications is very large and it's scary to think of what might happen should it ever stop working.

Love how many options this allows me to give my customers. Essential for a business that specializes in custom items!

Have been using the app for a few months. Don't expect the inventory tracking to work. It has been nothing but issues for us regarding inventory tracking. Multiple hours wasted and calls later they basically just said tough luck. They told us to go complain to our other third party apps to convince them to integrate with bold apps, great advice. Also, it doesn't integrate with shipstation or stitch labs so definitely don't use it if you have either of those. Lastly, less important but still notable is that is causes some small changes to the visual appearance of the site and often will look sloppy with the way the options appear on website and in confirmation emails to customers. I would save your money and get a more legit options feature coded into your site. It will take more money up front but in the end this isn't a long term solution if you are looking to make serious money online. If you are running a fairly simple site it could work but eventually the problems are all magnified and you will have to get something better anyway so may as well not waste the monthly payments and hours getting it set up

We were able to set up multiple options for all our products in minutes. This application is an absolute Must if you need additional options on your products. I'd also like to point out the installation instructions were well laid out and easy to follow. We ran into a minor snaffu with our template code and their staff identified and fixed the problem really quickly. Thank you BOLD for being awesome!

Product Options - The actual product works wonderful as do all of bolds apps, i also use Recurring Orders. The install on this product is extremely technical and I wouldn't suggest doing a self install. I ran into an issue with Product Options and Recurring Orders working together smoothly and MC saved the day - ask for her by name if you have questions. Preparing to launch our store in Beta soon and MC really took a weight off of my shoulders!

Great support as always. Easy to use with intuitive interface. Most diverse Custom Product app I have used. Our products offer a wide selection of options and this app handles it easily.

Am not able to figure out how to use app on my own. Did not find app to be user friendly and found customer service to be very poor. Would not take time needed to properly explain and or walk through setup. Will not keep this app.

A very inconsiderate company with a staff that is more interested in closing tickets then getting the job done correctly. Oh and don't try and reach them an hour before they close, especially on Fridays. In three weeks they have not returned an email or returned a call after 4pm. they say they close at 5pm. Shopify should screen their builders more throughly

Does what it says. Nice to have that happen for a change.

Great application to use for creating input text and drop down menus. We are able to breakdown the inputs required from the customer line by line to get the info we require. We have seen an increase in sales due to the new functionality of the website. support team is really helpful and are able to find solutions to a few teething problems I had. Back support is so important.
