I had a little trouble with (Product Options Functionality) with my store and ran into a few bumps on the road. Let me tell you, the support team was great. Rebecca and MC smooth out all the bumps in a snap. What a dynamic duo!

I absolutely love this APP! My store sells personalized items so the ability for customers to upload pictures and texts to the items before adding them to the cart was a MUST. This makes order fulfillment much easier!

Bold apps are impressive and super feature-rich with a ton of well thought out options and flexibility for even the novice store owners (me) to enhance their sites. But honestly, the only thing that really matters for me in the end is great customer support. MC has been like a pro Project Manager for me; she's able to hear what my goals are and get it done. She has made my vision of pulling together gift wrapping, recurring orders, product bundles and loyalty points a reality. I had a little trouble getting 1 part of the liquid code to work and MC was amazing at being prompt and responding to all of my emails. I am so thankful for this app. I needed more drop down options than Shopify allowed and this app saved the day. Easy to use once you get it set up too. Thanks again MC.

Very simple to use and setup, the relationship system makes it very easy to apply options of multiple products!

It's hard to impress me but Bold Apps came through and IMPRESSED me! Our vinyl wall decal shop depends heavily on customizations. Without it our customers can't order our products. They installed the app quickly and got our shop running in no time at all. Excellent product right out of the box. Straightforward installation instructions and seamless setup. Worked first try with a ton of products we sell. Ran into one issue on the install with outdated code references to my theme. No worries, technical service responded immediately and had the problem fixed in 1 business day. Great job.

Alexa is the best, she modified the CSS on my page in like 5 minutes to help make my site exactly how I wanted it. Bold should give Alexa a raise and a sweet vacation. The world needs more people like her.
