I've been using Bold apps for about a year now. Specifically, I love Bold options the most. We have an EXTENSIVE array of options and conditional logic that needs to be applied to each product. No other app even comes close. Thanks Bold!

So far so good. I love how easy the App is to implement on my custom products. No other app on Shopify is as loaded as this one. Super impressed, and will likely install a few other BOLD apps, because of my experience with Product Options.

Great Product!! It has already increase my revenue and cut back on customer requests. I can now add the options my customers have been asking for by Product and make it easier for us and the customer. I also was able to add an additional revenue by adding a cost to options. Great customer service also!

Does everything I need and the support is brilliant. Bold modified my store code and continue to help me when I have questions or need to make changes.

A really useful app with great customer support. We're using it to offer personalisation (engraving) of our watches. How it works for us: a customers can tick a box which makes a 'hidden' field appear. They enter their message and the app adds that supplemental cost.

I would highly recommend this app. I struggled a bit with installing the app but I had the experts at Bold finish it for me and it works great. The premium package is worth the money, the conditional logic adds flexibility to the option choices and makes my pages less cluttered and looking great.

Product Options has made all the difference between having a workable ecommerce site and a useless one. I need many variants for prints of different sizes, frame colours etc. The app works very smoothly when you master it - and the patient support helps you get to that point. However, in addition to paying the extra monthly subscription I have had to pay $600 to get the prices to change dynamically according to different options, as they do in the basic Shopify set-up. I am amazed that Shopify can offer an ecommerce site that does not automatically include such essential features. It is a weird business model that offers a product that does not really work unless you buy a second product from another supplier to remedy its defects, costs as much and takes a lot of time and effort to learn.

This app is a life saver. I find it very intuitive and it works very well for us. The staff was very responsive to my requests and got this up and running in our store very quickly. Can't thank you enough. I would highly recommend! Very helpful.

I am baffled that shopify hasn't made their own one of these? it is an absolutely essential application installed on every single one of our websites, basically if you sell anything with more than a handful of variants then shopify cant handle it you have to use this. The conditions feature makes our website look smart and uncrowded and we love Bold for that... For example a pair of boots available in black or brown size 35 to 46, that is already 24 variants, now add calf width and height.. game over! The only downside to this app I really hope they or shopify somehow figure this out, is inventory. Your variants are not shown on your inventory and so if you manage stock then it makes it impossible because you cant see the sizes on the CSV when you download your inventory, it has meant that on one of our websites where it is imperative that customers know if the item is in stock or not we have to split the product into sizes 36 - 40 and 41 to 46 which is a pain, it actually really is.
