MC at Bold did a great job answering my questions and helping me with a few little problems (that were all caused by me). I would highly recommend MC, great attitude and a pleasure to work with.

I love this app. We make a highly customizable product and this fit the bill perfectly!! Ty so much to Tamer for his help walking me thru it! and a special shout out to Warren for tweaking it :) I cannot say enough good things about this company or this app!

Not only can they configure our pottery to display the unit(s) where they served, but they can order extensive personalization with our hand engraving services. We need to catch up to 7 lines of text, charge for each line, and allow for adding multiple logos on a beer or coffee mug. Bold's Product Options allows us to be create groups of options and logics which correspond to different types of military service in different military units. We only have to display those logos or insignia that are relevant to our customer. Additionally, the customer feels like they can design and build a precise celebration of their service. This has been a massive win for both Potter's Fire and our customers. With Bold's Product Options App we have been able to raise our average sale by more than 30%. Our conversion rate has increased by more than 80%, and customer satisfaction with the purchase process has soared. This App may not have the graphical WYSIWYG interface, but it performs, sells, and simplifies an otherwise complex buying process. In addition it has reduced the number of variants we use to create by more than 85%. More product comes to market more quickly and converts to revenue at a higher rate, what's wrong with that? Beyond the functionality, the APP is supported by a fine group of extremely responsive professionals. When I have a request, they respond quickly, efficiently, and send me email updates along the way. Their website sports a service request tracking system that helps you to keep track of issues, conversations with the technical staff, and the ultimate resolution. Plus, you can chat realtime with a technical support rep there too. This one's a keeper for us, Potter's Fire will continue to use, deploy, and stretch the capabilities of Product Options for some time to come... Cheers!

I am very pleased with the professional customer service I received. Communication was clear, friendly, and best of all they fixed my problem. Don't hesitate to send them an email if you need anything.

I LEGIT COULD NOT RUN MY STORE WITHOUT THIS APP!!!! I run a customizable store so I rely on options for over half of my inventory. Using their app I was able to build a great site ( I get great feedback on it), and their customer service is super committed and fast ( I only ever had to use it twice. thanks, warren!!!!). Please don't ever get rid of this app!!!

Bold is an amazing app that helps us with our customization options. This is a huge part of our business and the functionality is very user friendly. The best part about Bold is the customer service. We had a major issue and Paul saved the day. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was just how we needed it to be!

This was a really great app and very easy to use. If you are needing to add on items to your product, it works great. If you are wanting to have different product options, with different prices, it is not what you are looking for. Unfortunately, it did not work for me.

A great app for creating customized options for the products and the customer service is great. The integration was initially quite tough but has become supremely easy thanks to an upgrade. Works well for my store and looks clean and neat. Options to change the look and feel are few though, which we think BOLD could work on :) Cheers guys

To be honest, I am more of a phone person so it took me awhile to get on board with this whole email method. However, I have found that Bold is very responsive and very helpful. I still wish I could talk to someone sometimes, but if I hang in there my questions get answered. My latest issue was pretty complicated and Warren really went above and beyond to help me fix the situation. Outstanding customer service--just have to get used to the email!

So easy to set up and use. Product swatches are amazing and easy to set up. I could even change the size, have a larger image pop up when you scroll over the swatch, and change the background colour of the swatch (with custom CSS). The product conditions make it easy to set up a clean looking cart. The support team on the live chat are AMAZING and super helpful. Julian is the absolute best and gives great tutorials and screenshots to help along the way. I highly reccommend this app.

I'd give 10 stars, if it was possible. Product Options is a pleasant and productive addition to any store, and complemented by a quick response, friendly, and competent tech support. Kudos to the entire Bold crew, Francis, Shubhneet, Arcee, Tiff. Highly recommended!

Alexa helped me so much!! I love this app!!

Product Options by Bold is honestly great! I was using another product option app and the service was slow and the load time for the product was also very slow. Bold makes it simple to add custom styles and you can chat with a real person in real time, so the changes you need are instant. Honestly I am so relieved I found a good product option app that fits my complicated product!

Shopify just can't do everything. Sometimes you need that one feature, and for me Product Options by Bold was it. I needed the ability to have separate images for my customers to select an add-on product and this was the perfect solution. The support team was able to help get me up and running and tweak it just how I needed. If you need extra product options beyond shopify's native capabilities, this is the you app you need!

The customer service with this app is top notch! I messaged support to help set up something I was having trouble with (due to my theme code) and Henrique helped me quickly. I mean, it's ALREADY done... same day! How's that for service?

Customer service is great. The app has a learning curve with options and condition choices, but once it clicks in your brain how it works, it gets easier.

Absolutely amazing and world class support from MC & Lawrence. They were incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble, eternally grateful and our prouduct options are showcased so beautifully thanks to them. Can't fault in anyway!

Great app but we had to upgrade to Product Builder to get what we want. MC with customer support was great with helping us out!

At first we had some issues in the past that took a while to resolve. However, Paul and Lawrence worked with us, and we are now up and running and everything seems to be going good. I must be honest, we have A LOT of option sets, and we pushed the software to boundaries it may not have been designed for. We did experience some of the negative sides of things as mentioned in some of the comments, but they stepped up their game and made things right! I must give them credit for that. Thanks guys for all of your help!
