KidsAtPlay.sg is a one-stop portal where parents can search and book children's play activities, sports and birthday party packages in Singapore. Needless to say, there are numerous options / packages / add-ons that parents can choose to top-up on the original product. As I am also using a unique voucher code per product (for redemption) that utilises metafields to generate, it took me a long long while to create and edit each and every option! Thankfully, halfway through that process, I found Product Options! Well I'm already using your Loyalty Points and Recurring Memberships apps, so hey, why not give it a try? BEST APP IN THE SHOPIFY WORLD, no scratch that, BEST APPS IN THE WORLD! Saved me so much time (no need to create metafields!) and al information is captured as it is! Loved that various types of options can be used, and I've combined a mixture of radio buttons, check boxes, open text boxes etc. On this note, can someone help to: create a calendar dropdown for me? I read somewhere that this is do-able. Also, I hope you'd be able to marry the Loyalty Points app and Product Options app. As of now, I understand that points can only be redeemed off the original product price and not the add-ons. It's very confusing and doesn't tie in well - when selected options are added to price, the points do not increase accordingly, and when a customer redeems points - then he'll realise he had only redeemed the original product without the add-ons! In any case, all I can do now is to add a disclaimer that points can only be redeemed off the original product price :( that kinda sucks from a customer point of view. So I hope you can marry the two very very soon please! I've gotten the best support from MC, Alexa and Paul (there's one more but I can't remember his name)! Very fast response time and awesome customer service. I'm quite an impatient woman so I love that they can rectify my issues fast!

We love this app! finally, this is exactly what we were looking for! Product Options by Bold is Amazing! It’s really seamless and works exactly as advertised. We have been using it for a few weeks now and we have had no problems. Looks like a lot of effort went into making features that actually work. Please, Please, Please don't get rid of this app!!! My store hasn't launched yet, but it's well on it's way. This app has been a Godsend as we prepare our listings for our big launch. The Product Option app is truly amazing and has made my life so much easier. Before installing the app, I had to figure out the most important details that I would need from customers, still not being able to list all the variants; I would then have to instruct customers to leave the extra info in the message box at checkout. It was so frustrating to only have the option of listing 100 variants which sounds like a lot, but really it isn't. The Product Options app has delivered exactly what I needed for my product listings with no limitations. I can list as many options with changing prices for upgrades. The app has allowed my product listings to look cleaner and more professional. Now my customers don't have to worry about forgetting to add pertinent details regarding their customizations at checkout which also allows for more accuracy on our backend. Thank you for this awesome app!!! As far as customer service..... I have only had to contact the support team once and the customer service provided was outstanding. I didn't like the way my product listings operated because when a customer selected from the upgraded options, the new price would show at the bottom of all of the details. This would make the customer have to scroll down each time to see the new price. The price also wasn't tallied up. Instead, pricing was shown separately for the extra add on's. I really didn't like this and I contacted support through chat and I was helped immediately. The customer service rep placed me on hold and fixed the problem making the fixed price show beneath the products title. Also, when additional options were added, the rep made the pricing change as one price, not as additional add on's. I am so appreciative and thankful for this app and the support team and I would definitely recommend this app to other business owners. Thank you! Michelle S.

This app is unreal - we can list all of our options to our customers with great ease whereas before we would have to bundle all our variants together. This app gives us greater control and an option to add more finishes to our products in the future. We had some trouble with the quantity selector and I popped on the live chat. I explained the situation and the problem was solved and fixed later that day!

Just a few months ago, I opened a Shopify store that sells 2.5D personalized products. What is 2.5D? It's like white relief sculpture that will show a picture when backlit. So, it's not just a picture. It also has texture and backlight. Customers can put their picture and choose designed words or quotes below their picture, and they can even put custom texts! This basically means that I need so many personalization feature on my product page: file upload, dropdown menu, radio button, text box, etc. There are several apps in the market that offers personalization and it's definitely not easy to find the perfect one. After doing my research, I decided that all my requirement can only be met with Bold Options app. Yes, I've done my research and I know that only Bold Options app offers the most complete, all-in-one package, for ultimate personalization. Trust me, I'm a perfectionist and I think that Bold Options app is near perfect.

We would definitely recommended this app to anyone looking to make their website that much better! Bold has allowed us to have the additional options that we so needed for pricing and options. This app was exactly what we were looking for. Their integrated support and help makes every bit of the transition to their app well worth it! We look forward to growing our site with Bold and seeing the freedom that our customers will have in optimizing their purchases.

Please read my review before installing this application as this app has a critical bug that they can't fix. As a shop owner, you need to know this information. I loved this application. I've tried other apps and this is by far the best product option app, only if it worked. The critical issue that they have not able to fix for past 6 months is that once in awhile, their added options do not reflect on the total price. That means, a customer think they've paid for the added options, and it even show up in the receipt as if they've correctly added the options, yet it does not reflect on the total price. This maybe happens once in a hundred sales, but we made so many angry customers. When they receive the package, the option items are not included because they didn't pay for them, and it won't show up in admin, yet it shows up in their receipt!! There were many cases that we had to send those options for free to cease the upset customers. Some customers understood that it's a technical glitch yet, it does not leave any good impression on us. Bold customer support has been helpful, yet they just can't figure out why this is happening, or by the nature of this app, this deadly critical bug can not be fixed for good. I am writing this review so that other shop owners are warned before installing this. As I said, I would love to use this app again, if they can ever find out the way to fix this. I do feel that I deserve an apology from Bold CEO as I waited this app to be fixed for 6 months. I have had enough damage for using this app. Regards. Walter

swatch update is okay. It is basically a choice of colors but the colors are now squares or pictures. it lacks the ability to link a color selection to an image which practically all websites do and is what we would like so still 1 star for now.

Have been using this app for over a year now and it has been easy to setup and stable to use. Great for lots of products that need options for customer to select. Love it!

The Product Options app by Bold has really worked well for us using the default (Debut) theme. With the help of Alexa, we were able to tweak the settings it to get it to work with our UI (desktop and mobile) perfectly. She responded extremely quickly (ie within 5-10) mins to each of our requests. She even made suggestions that ultimately were implemented for a better UX experience.

Product Options is very intuitive and easy to use. It's well worth the price to have the flexibility to add data to orders that the Shopify variants don't permit (both in quantity or things like text fields and fie uploads) and simplify your order page with conditional logic (too many fields is a huge turn off for buyers, so why show them when not all of them apply to their situation)? Product Options also allowed me to use Bold's incredibly powerful "Build A Box" subscription functionality (via the Recurring Orders app) and add variant data (like sizes) which wouldn't otherwise have been possible. Further, Bold's support is second-to-none- you can book calls with product experts at any time, for free, and they will install and help you tweak code to their products. I wanted to consolidate as many apps with one provider as possible so I am now using Product Options, Recurring Orders, Loyalty, Product Upsell and Product Discounting and am loving them all. Well-thought through implementations with a committed development plan to add high-value new features. There's a reason they are Shopify's largest app development partner! Highly recommend!

This app is better than great skin care. (Just sayin') My website if fairly new. I had a friend say, "good luck, you won't make any money off of your site. WRONG! (Buzzer sound). I have a recurring subscription which I purchased a BOLD app. I needed the additional app because there were specific identifiers and product choices that needed to be implemented. Once I used the new BOLD app, it made ordering so much easier for my clients. I absolutely can't live with out it. I love it like a fat kid loves cake! (I mean cookies). Thank you, BOLD. Pick me! We use more than one of your products but I'll just talk about product options. We use product options to allow customers to custom order a belt. They can choose to monogram it for a completely custom product. We launched this around father's day and saw a handful of sales from this the first day - contributing to a larger average cart and it paid for itself in the first day!

Great app that does what it says and makes Shopify more scalable. It is a flexible app that can easily be configured and the support from Bold is good once they work out what you are trying to achieve. I'm very happy and I'd highly recommend this app for a store that sells with options or optional extras.
