I've only been using this app for a week or so but so far I'd rate it 5 stars. I need more than the Shopify 100 variants, wanted colour swatches and my customers need to be able to enter custom details - this solution does it all. I needed some help with the Ajax install and the team did this quickly and efficiently. It's so easy to set up product options even a novice like me can be up and running in minutes once it's installed. Well done guys. *Update* I found an issue with the display in quick-view. I alerted the team and they got onto it straight away. It wasn't a simple fix but they worked at until it was resolved. It was an issue with my store theme but now it works beautifully. I'd especially like to shout out to Francis whose support was outstanding. Thank you :)

The app is great,but the support for the app goes above and beyond! I was having a little issue getting something to work. I connected to the chat support and was connected with MC. After about 10 minutes and a great explanation, I was able to set up a collaboration account, where SHE went into the code and fixed the issue for me! AMAZING! Thanks MC for the absolutely wonderful customer support and going above and beyond to assist me with my issue!

This app is a must have for my store! We sell custom party supplies with tons of color possibilites and I could not offer them at all without Product Options - I especially love the color swatch feature! I've contacted support on several occasions and they've got above and beyond to help me out. Absolutely recommend!

Great app to use for product options. Awesome

This app solved a major problem for us in that we needed to have an additional custom option for customers to add to their products that had an additional fee. We searched many apps for a solution that would work well for us, and the Product Options app is the best solution that fits our needs and makes buying from us even easier. I can't say enough about the level of support we have received from the boldcommerce team. They have definitely gone above and beyond what I have experienced from ANY other app or even theme developer. They truly care about the success of their customers and it shows in their level of commitment to ensuring their solution is set up to meet your needs.

Great Apps. Great customer service. I use multiple Bold Apps and they all work exactly how they should. Updates are always on top of the growing marketplace. I had some minor issues with the Options App. Used the Chat feature inside the App to talk to customer support right away. The escalated the issue immediately and said it might take up to 2 days to fix. Before the day ended I had a technician already look at the issue, apply a fix and it was resolved that next day.

We couldn't run our site without this wonderful app. It's so clever & versatile, and even with a hugely complicated personalisation system like ours it was a breeze to set up. We recently had a billing query and Paul went above and beyond to help out. During setup phase the tech team were super helpful too. Couldn't recommend this app more. Thanks so much Bold!

Very helpful customer support! The app is great for add on products or different variations of a product. The user interface is really easy to work as well.

Bold's service has been incredible. I remember a few years ago when they just started. You can see that they have come from far and made it as one of the biggest Shopify App company. They have an app for almost everything Shopify can't do out of the box. Try them out... Top notch support and app quality.

So far they've been amazing. Products aren't live yet, but customer service has been fantastic. Any solution that wasn't already built in to the program, they've been able to customize.

I can not say enough great things about this app and the Bold team's customer service! After trying multiple other product option apps we settled on this one. We were actually running into a few hiccups getting it to work for us (no fault of the app by any means, just set up issues really) and decided to live chat with support. Julian was there to help and took the time to make all the changes we needed to get the app up and running for us. We strive for excellent customer service in our own company, so to receive it back from another company as a customer it is a breath of fresh air. Thanks again guys!!

Prompt attention to a self-made problem I was having.

This app is a necessity for my furniture business, allowing me to grant customizations like stain, paint, etc. When I had one issue with my item description being blow my options, Paul (who must be a wizard) remotely fixed my account within minutes of me opening up the chat box and asking for help. Paul, you are no ordinary man. You are a wizard, everyone in the office owes you a beer. THANKS!

So far I am loving Product Options, this is letting me do what the base install of Shopify won't. Had a few little hiccups with my install so contacted Support and was helped by MC. She was able to fix my problems in no time and now everything is running smoothly!

This app has been phenomenal! Our product line has a lot of different options and the variation limit in Shopify was rapidly becoming a hindrance to our site. Product Options did exactly what we wanted and more! The ability to add conditional logic has been a game changer for us. Our customers can now rapidly customize their orders without any confusing menus or conflicts!
