Incredible service! The app itself is fantastic to use with an intuitive interface. And the Bold support team is one of the best I've ever dealt with. We needed a customisation to make our product order form work and they offered extra development free of charge - amazing! Don't hesitate, get his app!

An amazing app! Any questions I have had have been answered very quickly with lots of helpful advice along the way.

I would not be in business without this application! We offer so many custom options and the 100 SKU limit with shopify and only 3 options made things difficult. Once I added this on, we got so many upsales since everything was right there and you could just check things, add things so people add a lot of customization and stuff that really makes more money. Great service - they went above and beyond setting things up, changing elements of our theme, mobile site, etc. Was helped tremendously by Lawrence.

The team at Bold is amazing. Especially the team for Product Options. The app functions as expected and I'm trusting they'll continue to make improvements. Definitely worth the money considering Shopify SUCKS and offers very little as to a true shopping cart system. Thank you BOLD for stepping up and filling in the gaps left by the short sighted Shopify team.

INITIAL REVIEW: So far so good; I haven't seen anything else like this available for Shopify, and having a good options platform was key to me switching over to Shopify from my previous e-commerce platform. Using this app can get a bit tricky in setting up multiple options with conditional logic, but that's not necessarily a fault of the app. Time will tell if I can get my head around everything possible with this feature-rich app. - - - - - UPDATED, ONE YEAR LATER: This is the greatest app ever, and is helping our customers immensely to customize their guitar parts at our shop. We offer so many options, and it is important to us to have a clean interface. It has been a huge battle, but using conditional logic we have been able to set up a system which accomplishes what we need. In addition, the customer support by Bold has been top notch. In particular, the support staff members Shubhneet and Henrique really helped us dial everything in when we thought it was going to be too complicated, or not look right with our store. They worked the magic and got us going again. Three cheers for this app and the team behind its development, as well as the support team.

It's not just that the App is good and does what I need. Is the fact that their support is great! I love this app and I'm very very pleased with their attentiveness, definitively recommended!

Product Options has been an amazing app which has allowed us to differentiate our products from the competition. The support has been amazing, in particular Danni who has gone above and beyond to help deliver a bespoke solution for us.

This App is currently broken. If your customers purchase using Internet explorer they will be able to add a bunch of options and not pay. Creating a customer service disaster.

Great App, easy to use, Excellent Support. I recommend it 100%

We've got a pretty heavily customized site, and Bold Product Options works like a charm. We've got a ton of custom products, and setting most of them up was a straight forward process. We also have an AJAX cart, and the bold team was incredibly helpful when we ran into technical issues. All around, great app and great support. They could update the product video though, the current app looks different than the video.

If I could rate 10 stars I would. MC was the best support rep I've ever spoken to for Shopify support. Super helpful and answered all of my questions!

Shubhneet and Alexa took care of me right away! I had some issues unique to my theme and they helped out quickly and efficiently! Great product and great service.

Been using this app for only a few days now and Customer Support is AMAZING! Huge shout out to Shubhneet for his patience and support. Very glad we made the decision to purchase this app.

I subscribe to the premium version and am extremely happy with it. Our shop is all about personalization, and this app streamed line the ordering process. When there are many options, they clutter the product page, but the conditional logic helped me achieve a uncluttered look (visit www.megusattic.com if interested) by hiding options unless the customer wants add-ons. Their customer support is top notch - as good as Shopify support. $20/month is not cheap, but if you need product options app that affects pricing, I suggest that you go with a reliable app with great support. Before this app, I installed a less expensive, similar app, but it frequently went down without notice, and I had to shut down the store every time that happened (if I was lucky enough to notice it). The worst part was spending weeks to set up product options only to re-do it all over again in a few months. It was a nightmare. Go for the best.

The support for this app has been first class. We needed an App to provide our customers with a number of options but also give us the ability to add further options in the future. Whilst it worked with our theme we had a few teething problems but the team resolved them - kept me informed and were able to demonstrate their changes by showing me a short video clip. Love the fact they're so helpful!

It's a really useful app, and when we ran into an issue Julian found a speedy fix and was so helpful throughout, when we'd been disappointed by other support. Thanks!

Working with Bold has been great since we started our store. They were the first app that we installed and our customers have loved it ever since. The options are super easy to update and the professional look and feel of our site has never been better. They are truly a must have for any shop that wants to provide their customers a real enjoyable shopping experience. Also, their support and customer service is excellent-Shout out to Alexa!!

Support has been stellar! I'll be ecstatic when they add the ability to add a sku to a variant within the app itself but that's the only thing missing. Again, support is super!

Cons: - Apps is glitchy - the UI is a complete pain to use - Support doesn't seem know their own app and offers solutions that don't actual fix the problem - Basic features don't work properly Pros: - support gets back quickly (not accurately but quickly) - No other app does what this one is spouse to do. Downloaded it several days ago, still can't get it to the simple options. It is currently holding up my entire projects launch. Will update if this actually gets resolved to work properly.

I initially had some issues with this app given my Parallax theme that I'm using but MC helped me all the way through each of them AND fixed them for me. Thanks so much MC you are extremely helpful!

Support goes above & beyond for you. I truly mean it. The app itself is second to none, I tried free ones, but they don`t even do 30% of what this app does. Shubhneet is very responsive & helpful, gets the job done as if she was an employee of your company :) I opted for the Premium option only $19.99 & comes with more features like The conditional formatting - YOU NEED THIS OPTION. It hides/shows options based on a selection. Definitely a winning app. The support.. oh man.. They did everything for me. Recommend these guys, not just for this app but if you decide on another app they provide, go for it because their support is universal across all their apps.
