Love this App! Their customer support is first rate. They are quick to help and do an excellent job. I'd recommend this app simply thanks to the excellent customer support, but also because its a great addition to any store. It makes adding options to your products much simpler.

Super easy set up. I tried creating fields on my own (for customization of products), but I failed. So I tried out this app, and it works great. I seriously don't have a lot of time to kill running my business and raising my small kiddos, so I really appreciate how easy this was. Thank you Tamer!

Great App! No installation needed and is fully integrated.

The customer service behind this app is really what sets it apart. Tamer from support was super patient, extremely responsive helped to ensure that the project was completed on time. The app itself is easy to use, and we were able to customise it to suit our UI needs.

Awesome app and what can I say about the customer service, totally AMAZING. An issue presented itself and in less than 48 hours it had been solved with the help of Alexa and Danni Zhang, and I know diddly squat about programming. Awesome, great totally better than the other apps. the other apps just aren't up to par, or the customer service. THANKS!!!

This is an excellent addition to any store. It's well thought out, customizable, and easy to use. I'm using it in a way that is a little less straightforward than most (I expect), and it handles my needs flawlessly. Support has always been excellent. Any issues I have had have been resolved quickly and effectively. If this offers the functionality that you need, stop shopping for apps and just get this one.

Top Notch App! AMAZING Customer Support! Any hiccups and they hooked me up literally within 4 hours(I called and emailed them at 2 o'clock in the morning)

It is complicated to figure out how it work at first, you have to go through some documentation and get yourself into it by try and error, but once you get used to it, it is probably the best tool for you. Very friendly and helpful support team, by far the best I have every met... 5 stars for the effort and please keep it up, cheers!

Excellent app - completely changes my store and check out options. Very difficult to figure out though. I spent days and nights trying to figure it out myself. But I got an appointment set up with support and Tamer helped me out. I finished up the way I want the store in 5 mins. Thanks a lot Tamer !

We had plenty of support from the team. Very helpful to solve all issues we encounter. Definitely the best product options out on the market. However, there is still a bug yet to be fix and tooltip feature. Please bring back the hover tooltip feature. That tooltip hover feature was so good in v1.0, I have no idea why you guys removed it in v2.0.

Without this app, we wouldn't be able to function online properly. Because all our items are custom made, we needed an app we could rely on. The installation took some time, so, for the minimal cost (vs. my own time and frustration), I had the BOLD team install it. Their support is top-notch and they have gone above and beyond to help us implement these options into the Shopify Order Printer, which even Shopify wouldn't help us with. Overall, I have been extremely impressed with anything BOLD has to offer.

Useless! DON'T rely on this APP at all! We've used it for nearly 2 years. OK to start off with (although a bit clunky and seriously messes with the look and feel of checkout cart so needs adjusting...by you!). They've just done an update and the app has fallen over badly. Half hearted attempt from BOLD to produce a reliable app. We have an online store selling gates and fencing and need to add approx 150 options (for sizing). Thankfully we have another website as this app could have crucified our online sales! You'll spend hours scratching your head with this APP...then, after all your effort, something out of your control goes wrong! Worse part is we've had another Shopify site developed (at a cost of over £15,000!!) which we can no longer use without having someone write a program for us (which wont be "BOLD" as we asked them to create a separate program in 2015...which didn't work so we had our money back!). DO NOT USE - MAYBE OK FOR A MONTH OR EVEN SIX MONTHS BUT THEN....FAIL! Oh, I know I'm going on (but they have seriously let us down), there support team! Explain in massive detail, they'll send you a response (usually asking for more detail), you send even more - then they come up with an answer of "IT TAKES 24 HOURS FOR OUR SERVERS TO UPDATE". What!!!! If I'm changing pricing...surely that needs to take effect straight away!! And what kind of aged server are you using?? and...it didn't work anyway so more time wasted. ALSO...we've now had to stop customers being able to purchase fully on our site! Click our name for proof (and go to a product) for reasons why NOT to use these!! Good luck to those who read more positive reviews and decide to install. Like I mentioned before, we've had this app running for nearly 2 years pretty much trouble free till disaster!

I highly recommend this app! 90% of my products need to be able to have options to be sold properly and this app works just as advertised and just as I need it to work. It is also very easy to use and figure out. But even better than the app is the support. To me the sign of a good company is what they do when there is a problem. Well Bold delivers here. Twice I have needed some things tweaked for the options to work correctly on my website and both times I received superb and prompt service from Tamer and Danni at Bold. Again, highly recommend this app and the support team behind it!

This app has great support. I had trouble installing it, (maybe my theme) reached out and Tamer was super helpful in coming to my rescue (on a Saturday!) so have high hopes for the product which I have yet to delve into, but will give the support team 5 stars

Hey, Tamer told me to reach out. I like your options app, but it would be nice if changing the options caused the item price to auto-update instead of having a separate value update for add-ons. Thanks

I didn't have any trouble setting it up, and when i ran into a few difficult things to edit in later on - their support has been there time and time again to offer excellent options and implement them effectively. Its no wonder we use Bold for their multitude of apps, Cheers!
