One would naturally assume that, by uninstalling an app, you'd also be removing the code that the app set up on your site...wouldn't you? I uninstalled this app but all of the test buttons and other code i experimented with through this app have remained stuck on my site. Not being a programmer, i've got no idea what changes this app has permanently made and where i'd find them in my code to remove them. Really, really unhappy. And to make matters worse, i can't install the app again to try and undo the changes through their own interface.

The app developers recently rolled out a new update which took away a specific feature that I used on a daily basis. I contacted customer service and they worked with me over the next few weeks, talking to developers, and eventually added the feature back on. Customer service was amazing and very helpful and informative throughout the entire process. The update is great and we are very happy with the app. :) Thank you!

This is a fantastic app and it's been a wonderful add-on to our store in which I am currently working on. It has the additional variant features that are not available on the standard Shopify templates, making it an important add-on for any Shopify store. The support service is second to none. MC went over and above to help me and her prompt reply and professionalism truly impressed me. Definitely a 5-star service at an affordable price.

Great easy to use product and AMAZING customer support! MC went over and above to help when we had some difficulty with layout (as we have very limited experience with code!). Very smooth and speedy solution even though we're based on opposite time zones, from Australia.

AWESOME APP!! I have just installed it and am testing it but it performs exactly as described and is the perfect solution to our shop. We do all personalized pet items and this is so easy to set up and a BIG time saver. They also helped me out installing the code for Ajax and did it in record time.

The best part of Bold Recurring Orders app is whenever we need a new functionality or have an issue I don't need to wade through troubleshooting documentation I simply send an email to support and my questions are answered and our desired task is wrapped up with great panache. And as we have grown over the past 2 years Bold has grown with us. Great tool for our business.

I'm working on getting my shop perfect before relaunching it - and I needed something that allowed for more customizations, conditional logic, and wouldn't drive me insane trying to code using line item properties - Bold Product Options fits the ticket perfectly. While I'm still working through getting it just right and implementing it perfectly for my future customers - I had some particular things I wanted it to do while testing it out. I reached out to Bold for some help, and within an hour MC was on it and she had it taken care of within two short emails - absolutely THE BEST customer service experience I've ever had with any app, or theme designer, since I joined Shopify in 2014. The team is just outstanding. I had a problem during integration into a new template and some coding got messed up. they were able to fix the problem immediately and helped me twice with problems that had nothing to do with their app. This guys are on top of their game.

This App was exactly what our business needed. I literally couldn't run my business without it! We sell highly customizable high-end flutes, lots of options, and our clients wouldn't have it any other way.
