Great product! Couldn't enjoy it any less. The setup is pretty easy and problems are fixed quite easily by there support team. Non the less what it has done for sales! Boosted sales with simplicity and ease.

Our startup created one of the most complex shopping cart coding conflagrations, by integrating a highly customized Plug-In solution from Bold Commerce with specific permutations and complex product options. When we unexpectedly found ourselves with a rogue Developer unable to handle or professionally manage coding tasks, (compounded by an inadvertent error), we were met with graciousness and professionalism as BOLD'S Devs wrestled the bull down by the horns, helping us resolve our issues. BOLD'S client and developer support exceeded my staunchest professional expectations of what customer service, and technical "support" authentically become. Tamer, you may be the "APP" guy, but you're clearly the people guy for BOLD, and the intuitive, inspiring force behind your team. I've rarely had the pleasure and privilege of dealing wth a company so attuned to customers, or someone who simply listens as well as you do. The missing star is reflective only of technical APP limitations on complete customization facility. Thanks to you and Tyson again, for all your incredible work to resolve the issues, and complete our site dev for the BOLD segment, finally getting us underway after our sites languishing for many months. We are extraordinarily grateful to you, and customers for life.

Good app! Does exactly as advertised! The customer service was excellent, MC was quick to help, easy to work with, and helped greatly in solving out issues.

Where do I begin. Product options by Bold is the app that I require for my online store but the setup is not so easy. Our issue is that when you create your options and the options forms are created. We have no way to edit how the form will appear on our pages. The layout looks like crap with input boxes and other from elements all over the place. We have been back and forth with Bold Support regarding this and they continue to make small tweaks to the layout but we can't seem to get what we require even when we provide them with screen shots of how we want our page to look like. To this point Bold has tried to work with us but we are 3 weeks behind our launch date of our site due to this issue... We need action NOW! and an extension on the trial would be nice to make up for lost time due to poor support.

Not only is this app amazing with all the features it comes with but the support team is amazing! I encountered a few issues with the compatibility of the app and our theme, sent a message through the support form and Tamer, one of the support staff, had the problem resolved within hours! It's great to see how much their care about their customers and willing to fix any issue that arises.

Tamer really helped us out when we needed to launch in less than 24 hours. He did exactly what we asked and was timely and helpful. App works great for our complicated conditional variants. Also a great way to sort of bypass Shopify's 100 variant limit. Highly recommend! And thanks again Tamer!

I had a few problems with the way the app integrated with my store. However, their customer service is amazing. I first chatted with MC, who then forwarded me to Danni. Danni was incredibly fast and reliable with the amount of help she offered. She properly installed the required code, troubleshot errors and was super helpful during communications!!

I tried this app because I needed pricing options (or I thought - I found a way around it with ShopPad Infinite Options which was SUPER easy and FREE and I love it!). This app was a flop and a total pain in the hiney, and $20/month+ is too much considering all the work you have to do to install and keep it going. For that monthly price, they should do it all for you, then charge you the $20/month+. This app had what seemed like countless lines of code I had to enter. The app glitch badly, not because of my copy/paste coding, but just with its interface with my theme I guess. Customer support didn't want to help figure it out, so we'll never know. When it continued to glitch BADLY (as in - items couldn't be removed from the cart, etc), customer support blamed me, said it was in the coding and I'd have to find it : - / . When I decided to uninstall it (this was after a WEEK'S worth of labor getting all the variants in and coding per their instructions), it left remnants in my coding, which I didn't put there - apparently it automatically installs code EVERYWHERE. It took careful searching on EVERY page (literally, every html/css page, snippet and asset to find all the remnants.) And it was obvious that there were remnants. On my storefront, staggered among the images, was incomplete coding "liquid error".....all over the place. Pricing options are what I needed, but after using this app, it's better to find a workaround if you can and use ShopPad Infinite Options instead.

Excellent app, does exactly what it says. Easy to use and I couldn't run my website without it :)

Bottom Line. BOLD Apps has one of the WORST customer service I have ever seen. I have reported them to their Shopify Account Manager and I truly hope that Shopify forces them to up their game. If I install a trial I should be able to get tech support immediately. Not send a dozen emails that go unanswered and then have to wait a minimum of 48 hours to schedule a call with someone (which is only a brief call) just to get the app working??? How does that make sense? When I install an app it is because I NEED it NOW - not 48+hours later. Shame on you Bold! I truly hope Shopify forces you to step up your game or kick you out of the App Store altogether.

I love this app! It has made it possible for our shop to have rather complex custom ordering capabilities, and it made it easy! The one thing that was a bit of a hiccup is the time it takes to save options, which slowed me down a bit as a multi-tasker, but it's worth it!

OK so I am on the highest paid plan, but all I have to say is that my website could not function without it. I have many variants and hundreds of products. This app allowed me to add this options to the products simultaneously! This saved me months of work trying to add options to each product which is what you could only do with Shopify. Also I can add different options for specific collections. I also have an option on every product with delivery dates that my customers can choose along with price variations for the weekend deliveries. I have 3-4 months worth of dates, everyday I delete one date, which means my customers cannot order for the next day. This is so brilliant because it can happen across my entire product range in a minute! I absolutely love Product Options by Bold. Just check out one of my products and you'll see the many options to choose.

Very useful app, was able to do everything we needed it to. Had an issue with functionality, the Bold team jumped right on it and had it working properly quickly. Great experience!

I'm not in love with this app BUT when it works, it works. I've contacted support several times - Tamer is helpful and aside from some limitations on their end, he was able to make some requested changes. I would not suggest their chat feature as the customer support rep I spoke with there was very rude and unable to provide any assistance at all. The app is very time consuming when updating or creating many options for products. They have a time out feature of one hour - so if you are working on something longer than that (which I do often), you will lose any work when it times out. That is very frustrating and something that really needs to be addressed, as in completely removed! The app doesn't appear to work on older version of IE. I've had several customers contact me that they were unable to view the form which means they are unable to order a product. I'd like to see a way to copy product conditions and set options. This would be helpful as many times I am using several of the same options with one or two changes. Instead of having to recreate the ENTIRE set, being able to copy it would help with the one hour time limit. It would also be very helpful to be able to assign the options directly from the Shopify products page instead of spending so much time in the app with a time limit on your work.

Product support has been great still finishing things up but it seems to be working great, very versitile!

I've researched a few options, and this is by far the best. Powerful, works as advertised, and lots of features. But more importantly, the customer service is amazing. They've answered every question I've had, usually same day on weekdays. And they've gone above and beyond in addressing any issues I've had. Excellent support!

this the app caused an unreasonable speed problems on my website so had to uninstall. Still trying to uninstall js that came with the app but no luck yet.

I gave multiple chances to this app and all of them have failed. Every time there was bug of some kind making purchasing an item either difficult, confusing or impossible. Either the prices were not showing up in the cart making it confusing for customers, either the options wasn't showing up at all in the cart or the product itself was simply not there anymore. Sometimes, the price was even doubled for no reason. I've seen customers trying to purchase an item and not doing it because of these issues. We've lost money and time with that app and I don't recommend it. It might work for you but for us it was a complete failure. A lot of room for improvement.

Exactly what I was looking for. Enables conditional pricing, logic and displays nicely - lots of editing control.
