I'm really loving the ease of this app. It can do a lot and there's some figuring out along the way but, overall, it's great. Also appreciate their top notch support. Henrique has been a huge help with a few things and I feel like I'm in really good hands.

Danni and MC were extremely helpful during our entire conversation. Our first ticket quickly expanded into many different questions, and they did a great job communicating their progress on the ticket, as well as identifying any further information they needed from us. The boys (and gals) at Bold get the job done! Having recently updated my Shopify store theme, I ran into issues with our product options app. Unbeknownst to me, I did not know changing the store theme would be such a task. Having also launched a regional tv ad to promote our business we submitted an urgent request for assistance and their support team did not disappoint. Absolutely mission critical application - The only thing better than the application is the outstanding support Bold provides. Especially that Paul guy, he's particularly good.

The product options app was not just helpful, it's the foundation that my business is built on. I sell customizable jewelry and almost every product needs 3-9 product options of different materials, sizes, chain lengths, etc. Obviously, Shopify variants couldn't support the full customizable options I needed, so I decided to give Product Options by Bold a try. Since the beginning, it's been easy to use, worked flawlessly, and been extremely powerful. With different swatches, I'm able to show my customers a sample of what precious metal they want and have the price adjusted for each option. Being able to apply that variant to a certain collection or all my products has saved me a ton of time and headaches, and this app truly is by far the most important factor to my business. I am about as good at coding as my grandma is at using a computer, so when it came to simple things like adjusting the product options in the cart I was already lost. I contacted the Bold support team multiple times about needing help, and I never had to wait more than three minutes to hear a friendly and helpful response back. They were able to adjust what I wanted and were always pleasant despite my grandma coding knowledge. Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever received from an app, or anywhere else.

The Bold App has allowed us to increase the variant options on the products we sell which has been wonderful. Support is great and one of their experts spent time with us on the phone helping us walk through the set up.

Good but not quite there. My goal is to create a product page with a tight set of menu options that can be expanded when chosen. Conditional logic works great for this but I would like more controls. For instance, the product description takes up a great deal of page space. I would like to see a description narrative that could be read and then collapsed. I have seen this on other sites where there is a "pull-down" widget that allows you to group text and options for selection when expanded and then collapse when done. What can I say about Product Options. There's not enough space nor do I have enough time. I have multiple fire departments needing a variety of different options for their individual collections. Sizes, colors, styles, names, certification tags, and the list goes on. It was impossible to get what I needed with Shopify standalone. And then I added Product Options. Not only did it completely handle everything I needed and then some. AND it was incredibly easy to set up and get up to speed. Now with a click I can add anything they throw at me. Bold Commerce... 2 thumbs up for Product Options. (3 if I had that many) One small tweak to get it all running. One phone call and it was implemented while I was on the call. Terrific support. In over 40 years in business I've not found better.

Product options is a complicated app. On one hand, it adds a much needed feature to Shopify, and does it in a way that works well. I get the sense that a lot of the frustrations with the app are tied to the fact that Shopify doesn't make it easy to fully integrate into their existing product. If you want to do anything more than just simple options, be prepared to get some help from BOLD. The upside is, Bold is wonderful to work with (Shout out to Alan), really attentive, and helps wherever they can with really quick turnaround times. It's not perfect, but it's the best option on the app store today.

My shop is now more simple than ever. Easy product options for my customers means less customer support emails that I have to handle. Bold even helped me out by inputting some code because I have a complicated theme. Thanks Bold!
