This app is a must have for my store! We sell custom party supplies with tons of color possibilites and I could not offer them at all without Product Options - I especially love the color swatch feature! I've contacted support on several occasions and they've got above and beyond to help me out. Absolutely recommend!

Great app to use for product options. Awesome

This app solved a major problem for us in that we needed to have an additional custom option for customers to add to their products that had an additional fee. We searched many apps for a solution that would work well for us, and the Product Options app is the best solution that fits our needs and makes buying from us even easier. I can't say enough about the level of support we have received from the boldcommerce team. They have definitely gone above and beyond what I have experienced from ANY other app or even theme developer. They truly care about the success of their customers and it shows in their level of commitment to ensuring their solution is set up to meet your needs.

Great Apps. Great customer service. I use multiple Bold Apps and they all work exactly how they should. Updates are always on top of the growing marketplace. I had some minor issues with the Options App. Used the Chat feature inside the App to talk to customer support right away. The escalated the issue immediately and said it might take up to 2 days to fix. Before the day ended I had a technician already look at the issue, apply a fix and it was resolved that next day.

Very helpful customer support! The app is great for add on products or different variations of a product. The user interface is really easy to work as well.

Bold's service has been incredible. I remember a few years ago when they just started. You can see that they have come from far and made it as one of the biggest Shopify App company. They have an app for almost everything Shopify can't do out of the box. Try them out... Top notch support and app quality.

So far they've been amazing. Products aren't live yet, but customer service has been fantastic. Any solution that wasn't already built in to the program, they've been able to customize.

I can not say enough great things about this app and the Bold team's customer service! After trying multiple other product option apps we settled on this one. We were actually running into a few hiccups getting it to work for us (no fault of the app by any means, just set up issues really) and decided to live chat with support. Julian was there to help and took the time to make all the changes we needed to get the app up and running for us. So far I am loving Product Options, this is letting me do what the base install of Shopify won't. Had a few little hiccups with my install so contacted Support and was helped by MC. She was able to fix my problems in no time and now everything is running smoothly!

This app is a necessity for my furniture business, allowing me to grant customizations like stain, paint, etc. When I had one issue with my item description being blow my options, Paul (who must be a wizard) remotely fixed my account within minutes of me opening up the chat box and asking for help. Paul, you are no ordinary man. You are a wizard, everyone in the office owes you a beer. THANKS!

This app has been phenomenal! Our product line has a lot of different options and the variation limit in Shopify was rapidly becoming a hindrance to our site. Product Options did exactly what we wanted and more! The ability to add conditional logic has been a game changer for us. Our customers can now rapidly customize their orders without any confusing menus or conflicts!

Definitely worth the money considering Shopify SUCKS and offers very little as to a true shopping cart system. I would not be in business without this application! We offer so many custom options and the 100 SKU limit with shopify and only 3 options made things difficult. Once I added this on, we got so many upsales since everything was right there and you could just check things, add things so people add a lot of customization and stuff that really makes more money. Great service - they went above and beyond setting things up, changing elements of our theme, mobile site, etc. Was helped tremendously by Lawrence.

INITIAL REVIEW: So far so good; I haven't seen anything else like this available for Shopify, and having a good options platform was key to me switching over to Shopify from my previous e-commerce platform. Using this app can get a bit tricky in setting up multiple options with conditional logic, but that's not necessarily a fault of the app. Time will tell if I can get my head around everything possible with this feature-rich app. - - - - - UPDATED, ONE YEAR LATER: This is the greatest app ever, and is helping our customers immensely to customize their guitar parts at our shop. We offer so many options, and it is important to us to have a clean interface. It has been a huge battle, but using conditional logic we have been able to set up a system which accomplishes what we need. In addition, the customer support by Bold has been top notch. In particular, the support staff members Shubhneet and Henrique really helped us dial everything in when we thought it was going to be too complicated, or not look right with our store. They worked the magic and got us going again. Three cheers for this app and the team behind its development, as well as the support team.
