With more than 350 products that have multiple options... this has application has been a total lifesaver! Thanks, Bold!

We are currently using Bold Product Options as we easily surpass the Shopify 100 variant limit. Rony J has been so helpful throughout this process! I appreciate the Bold Team for being so quick to assist us. I know if I run into any issues in the future, Rony and the team will be there to help me resolve them. Hard to find an app with this kind of support!

This is a joke! 3 months, they still couldn't / don't know how to correct the issue. Each email replied I received are, we are looking into and the issue is sent to upper level to look into it. But it been more than 3 months, nothing is correct / fix. Each day pass, we are losing $. Store is still not available to customer. No service is provided but still charging us $19.99 monthly fees! How ridiculous!

Have been using this app for around a year. It works well to replace the variants but has one major flaw. Every time I add a new product the options do not show up automatically. I have emailed support numerous times and I have been directed to change a number in my theme code to reset the cache. This works sometimes but not all the time. Sometimes when I need to add a product in a pinch I cannot get the options to show and I have to wait for support to fix it. I have emailed numerous times and never gotten a solution that actually works all the time.

I just started using this app and the Bold team is more than helpful in assisting with the install. Without question, I would not hesitate recommending Bold's app based on my experience with their team and functionally of their app. To say the team and app are top notch would be an understatement!

I had an issue installing this app with my current theme, and contacted Bold - communication was fast and clear - and they had my issue resolved in 24 hours. I tried a few other option apps before settling on Bold - and none even came close to usability and features. THANK YOU!

Love, Love, Love this APP! I was shocked when I was limited in options on my standard website... but BOLD came to the rescue. I love how I can set up an option list once and duplicate it over and over... making custom packs easy for my customers to purchase. I'm able to offer more variety than other businesses in my industry by just creating a few custom lists in mins and let my customers mix and match!

Good Customer Service and fast response to my issue. They knew was need to be done and did it very quickly.

The customer service support is awesome. I was in a bind and was having trouble with transferring my template to a new theme. They were able to assist quickly and I’m back to business. Would definitely recommend this app I love to give my customers custom options when buying products from me.

BOLD always does a great job with the updates and getting the installation in for the new web stores.

The more I work with Bold Commerce and Product Options the more impressed I am. Rony has been especially helpful. We have a complicated store and they've never said: STOP! We can't help you anymore. Bonus points!

This is an incredible app with some GREAT features. And it does ALMOST everything we want it to do. Only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because there is some room to improve (which their reps have even said is in the works). Additionally, the tech support for this app is INCREDIBLE!! I would give them 4.9 stars (only wish they were a little quicker, but usually within 24hrs.....I'm impatient). Samuel L was super helpful on our last inquiry, which was probably SUPER easy for him but gave us the attention and consideration that made us feel comfortable. As our experience with this app grows, we will definitely provide more reviews. Great app for stores that offer lots of customization and options. OUTSTANDING tech support!!!

Great app. I added my options as I wanted them to my products successfully. I even had the option to customize them. The automated installation process didn't work at the beginning ( I believe this was because of my theme), but the support team of BOLD app helped me on that and they had it fixed in less than 12 hours!! The support was excellent. Totally recommended

It works exactly as advertised, looks beautiful on the site and the customer service is top notch. Rony was quick and profession in helping with matching the app to my website. I'd definitely recommend this app.

The app is great. Provided a solution for creating our assortment box customization. Customer service is amazing. Just had a nearly hour long session with Challi who walked me through the setup. Great patience. And when I asked for something the app didn't do she said, no problem, we'll customize it for you no charge. How nice is that.

This app is great - it has performed really well for us over the years - upgrading to 2.0 version does have its challenges but customer service team does a great job of assisting.

Great customer service. Helped install the app in less than an hour. Responsive to support requests. Used it for unlimited variants at first and will dig into all its other features in the future.

Had minimal difficulty. Was quick and relatively easy for a non computer geek. When I did have an issue I used the chat feature and Harpeet walked me thru the two major issues I was having in about 10mins. I dont have many items that involve customization but if you do, I really think this might be the way to go

Amazing customer service and EXACTLY what I was looking for my shop. I own a wedding stationery company and there's a lot of variables that go into making an invitation. They make my cart look so professional and I can bet anything the ROI will be huge. Plus, I was way too nervous to mess with the code behind this app and they set it up for me. Love it & love you guys :)
