Bold customer service was fantastic once again! We had a problem with Bold Options products failing at the Add to cart. Samuel and Shubhneet fixed the problem quickly and everything works like a charm again. Thanks guys!

Nir was excellent!!! He provided exceptional service. I was struggling to set up conditional logic for my online store for over a week. He set it all up for me exactly how I needed it to be. Thanks again!!!

This app did a nice job of adding options but it has slowed down my site loading considerably. When I run a Google Page Speed test, this is the biggest culprit as far as slowing my page down. Page speed is one of the biggest factors in getting to the top of Google search rankings so this is an issue.

My whole business wouldn't be possible without this app! I love it! And the customer service and support (Thanks Mona!), is top notch! Keep up the good work Bold!

Best APP Ever. I could not imagine running my store without this app. "Product Options" has allowed us to have the flexibility to be able to upgrade our products and features on the fly. We are able to up-sell without putting pressure on the shopper. They up-sell themselves... and love it! Very easy set up and maintain. Thank you Bold for such a great product. Had to use customer service chat and Sarah took care of my issues very quickly. Wish every company was this friendly and responsive with their customers. Great service. Five Star.

I’m new to Product Options and needed help understanding how to configure the conditional logic functionality. Rick, from their team went above & beyond to help set it up for me. I am still trying to fine tune it and their team is super responsive and very helpful. I am super-small business and trying to keep costs down, so I have been hesitant to spend extra on Apps. I am confident that once I get Product Options working for my physical products, it will more than pay for itself. Thanks Bold team!!

Just want to update as of Jan 2019: I have been using this app since 2017 and currently redesigning our website. So excited with all the new Bold Product Options updates. Customer service was great when I needed code for the new template. Thank you so much! 2017 review: I seriously needed a options app that allowed me to make rules. I tried another that was so basic and confusing. This has solved my issues and now my customers can personalize their items as needed. There are a couple of little kinks I've noticed but nothing that stops me or hinders my ability to customize the options at this point. Customer service has been fantastic as well and very prompt. Highly recommended.

Bold Product Options is a great app for my business as it allows my customers to customize their own shirts - the app is user friendly and easily achieves the intricacies of custom ordering online. I have needed assistance from their customer service on multiple occasions and each time their responses were timely, helpful and resolved my issue. This most recent time, there was a back end coding glitch that nobody could figure out. Mona at Product Options by Bold resolved the issue for me. Someone always followed up and kept me in the loop throughout the process, which I really appreciated.

Product Bold Options has been a lifesaver so far for our online shop. Our products have multiple dropdown options, some that affect price. Not sure how we would manage that without this terrific app.

Not Impressed. When you are adding options to multiple products. not all products you select get the options

I needed to use this app for the conditional logic feature. For more site it was some very complex conditions needed. I needed a lot of support from the team, they were incredibly helpful and willing to work through with me until completion. Approximately 30 emails going back and forth. I very rarely give 5 star reviews, this was well worth it. Specifically working closely with Rony J was incredibly helpful. He was very patient with me through the whole process and a dream to work with. Thanks Bold & Rony!

We love this app! It has so many useful features that we haven't been able to find with other apps, such as allowing us to provide our customers with anonymous and personalized messages for our greeting cards which our customers really like. We recently had a technical issue on our end, and Rushit and Rifat were beyond helpful by helping us resolve the issue. I would highly recommend it to all of you!

Good with the conditionals! By far more options that the default of Shopify, easy to handle and easy to get better everyday.
