Great app. Very intuitive and works as anticipated. Had a question about the order of options on product page and Julian was quick to explain. Good customer service. I’ll be keeping this app.

The app is just so easy to navigate around, considering how many combinations you're able to create, the price is justified needless to say. Special recognition goes to their customer service, for being super-quick and willing to edit the smallest design details you can't do your side - I'm talking about you Val & Samuel for being so attentive and quick, drinks are on me! :)

Great app that is done really well. Most importantly, they have an awesome support team that can help with issues. Sarah helped solved my issue in a few minutes and I'm now up and running! And, Rifat also helped making a complex css issue absolutely simple!

I had to access the chat function for an issue that we were running into. Sam , Rony and Harpreet were very helpful in resolving my issue!

Using the app for about a year now. Love it. Has made me solid amount of money and will continue to do so in the future. The support is quick, friendly and highly competent. Would recommend this app to everyone.

Excellent App - Easily Stylable to match your stores in-build variant selectors. Unlimited customisation and all pulls through nicely at checkout with no problems. No other choice for those that need to apply a complex set of options to their products. Shoutout to Julian and Mona from BOLD who rapidly assisted with implementation and bug-checking/fixing with a very quick turnaround.

I installed the v1 in the past and was not satisfied. The work done on option v2 makes it now a top class app - easy to install and use. Even though we used one of the most complex ajax theme, Julian was very responsive and skilled in making it work for us. He went beyond our initial request to make sure it would work as expected. Great product. Great support. I am now going to look at other Bold products.

Love this app, makes my life a whole lot easier than if I didn't have it, and keeps my store organized. Also their support team is great! SAM helped me out with an issue I ran into that was causing me to lose sleep, haha. Definitely recommend!! d

When you need to collect some data and include add ons. This app is great. Most of my products use the Product options and it’s boosted my sales. On the customer service side, they are extremely knowledgeable and quick, most recently, Within sending an email, Nicholas had already made some changes as I requested within in 25min. A+ in my book.

Decent product, but what really strengthens the offering is the customer support. Very helpful team over there, and a shout-out to Mona in particular!

Amazing app. Best of all - top of the line customer service. I had an issue with my site and Bold Options went ahead and made sure they fixed it!! Really satisfied with the service and the application. The application brings my site so many more sales it’s insane.

I'm using Product Options Premium APP as an addition to my Shopify website. APP is OK...need little bit of fine tuning but does the job. Support team efficient and up to the task.

Does the job - but it's SUPER half-baked. You'll get what you want out of it, but you'll be pulling teeth to do so; and then once you set things up - it's interface is god awful and you'll be confused on what you set up in the first place! But alas - It works well enough, and it's the only option. God damnit.

Love the Bold apps, always work the way we want them to. Customer support is really what seals the deal for me, however. They are responsive, make excellent suggestions on new apps, or how to use their current apps, and they've always preformed better than expected. Highly recommend Bold Apps for Shopify.

STOP. Before you try and install this, look and read all the instructions. See if you can find the code they tell you to change or replace. Do this for each step. I found the examples in directions they provided not correct and the images low resolution, almost unreadable. It took many hours over a few days to figure it out. It is better to pay them to install it, unfortunately. What I can say is that once any of their apps are installed, they do work great and you will love it. If they can spend a little bit of time updating instructions, they should not be receiving any negative reviews. If you do run into trouble installing it yourself and need their help, they will, but it may take a few days.

Bemused Inc. The product documentation is horrendous. It's clearly written to be deciphered by an astrophysicist, but not to an average user. There must be some hidden *modes* in configuring the options. I am literally scouring the screen, page by page, pixel by pixel, trying to locate some invisible radio buttons that are so ludicrously so well concealed! It's been TWO weeks and I am still trying to figure out how to justify my US$19.99 / mth subscription. Obviously, my optimism has been misplaced...
