Exceptionally helpful! This company consistently delivers when you need them to assist you in "uncharted" waters. My website was recently redesigned, Bold Product Options was added & I needed technical & coding assistance. Well, we just got started with the app but already have seen a couple up sales. I’ve got several ideas on how to use this app and think it is going to do wonders for us. I can’t want to dig deeper into it over the next few months. I’ve only had one time I reached out about installation and they were very quick and helpful.

We recently started selling our handmade accents online and this app has helped tremendously. Nirav took time to understand and create some of the custom pages I struggled with and he did so quickly and patiently. Thanks Bold Team!

Excellent customer service from Nirav and the entire team. I had some issues with my cart and they totally fixed it.

The conditional logic of this program is a welcome change to the many other apps in the store, and the colour swatches are super fun!

If you're looking for professional advanced buttons then get this app, best app on here, worth the money!!

I like the app but I have 3 days left in my trial period and now I can't access any of the services in this app or make changes to my Shopify products anymore .

I've been using this app for a while and I recently upgraded to the premium version and ran into some trouble getting the options to show up on my website. I did a chat support session with Harpreet and Rony and my problem was solved on the first try. Thanks for the help!

We are a computer systems integrator company that offers our customers a variety of customization options. We were stunned when we saw how few options and variations we could have with the default Shopify setup. That when we found Bold Product Options in the Shopify store and have never looked back! The ease of adding all our options without having to keep a massive spreadsheet full of option prices and variant costs alone is worth the cost of the app. Also, the swatches for our pc components has been a game-changer. Having a list of product options doesn’t convey nearly the same image of professionalism as having pictures so people can see what they are upgrading to. This feature alone has led to more customers choosing to upgrade their products than we ever had before! We have received amazing customer support along the way! Any time I have ran into a question, I have been contacted within the same day. On one occasion, I was working on something that comes standard with our products and trying to edit the checkout cart text. I thought it might be something I could change with Bold Product Options, and I reached out to Bold Support. Even though it was an option built into the basic Shopify app, they took the time to guide me on where to find and how to fix it! For something that wasn’t even a part of your app! No one else is going above and beyond in product support like that these days! Our store was located on another platform before coming to Shopify, and we were worried that things would be more difficult than they had been there. Bold Product Options alone has eased our mind and made making changes to our store and any options we want to offer a breeze. We really appreciate your product and your amazing support team! I've paid and upgraded to premium, however, my options remain at the basic level and I cannot set up swatches. Very frustrating...

I am very glad that I'd given this app a second chance after I'd uninstalled for the first time, when I couldn't find any other better options app than Bold's! I am also extremely grateful to the wonderful team on helping me solve every single, big and small issue I had faced with Bold Product Options on my Clean theme. No way I can run my store without using this app! It provides the customisation I needed for my customers and I love how easy it is to apply the options. The app is not so compatible with the theme I'm using and initially that causes quite a lot of big and small problems, one leading to another. But the team didn't give up instead they looked deeper into every issue and solve it for me with such wonderful attitude and effort! A big thumbs up for MC and Samuel for helping with the technical parts solving the deeper issues. And I would like to specially commend Brenden and Jonnathan, who always went the extra mile for me whenever I logged in my issues via chat. They have been such wonderful support and I respect them!

Jonathan was fantastic in helping me add a variant to an existing option in Bold Options. Very professional, knows what he is doing! I highly recommend Bold and their products!

I currently use 3 BOLD apps (product options, loyalty points & multi-currency) with another 3 (subscriptions, quantity breaks & Quickbooks integration) I'll be adding soon... no way I could offer my custom photo products without using your product options! Using a dynamic list, it works very well! Each app is easy to set-up and use. If I run into an issue, I *KNOW* support is just a message away, which leads to... Every time I've run into an issue, support has been prompt and very helpful! When I had problems with the options not showing they walked me through clearing Bold's cache... they fixed my theme so multi-currency showed up right where I needed it. When I found product options 4 and 5's labels weren't displaying the same as 1-3, they fixed that right up as well! They never seem to act like I'm asking dumb questions, they just answer/fix quickly!

Support is amazing - big thanks to Challi! They helped me same that that I had issue! Plugin works just fine! Even with my ajax cart!

I'd go all out to add options and save, after view the products, nothing show in the web, and in the option app, what's going?

Great app, it helped us with our product variant problem as we had more than 100 variant on most of our products. the swatch option on their premium package is even better as it allows our customer to see the colour of the fabric they are selecting and I was able to get the bold team to do a customised installation to make the swatch bigger so it is easier to customer to see the colours. visit our shop and easy the app your self: snoozsleep.co.uk

I used this app to create my prescription glasses store and I really needed an app with unlimited options. Couldn't have achieved this without BOLD.
