Jennifer is the bomb! Super helpful :) I'm so excited about this new customization features to make shopping experience better for our customers.

After paying for the app I was sent the following from them when asking for a refund due to them not able to work on my particular theme. We are afraid and Sorry to inform you that, it's not possible to answer your question perfectly because we do not have any idea about any third party app or third party theme compatibility. We do not 100% guarantee any App will work on any theme as there are various factors. Such as hundreds of themes and apps are getting released and it is not possible for our team to check if which App works in which of them. Sometimes even in tested themes, some scripts, js errors from the site's existing scripts or other third party plugins, apps may cause issues in the website already which may cause troubles in the App's scripts also. We are really very sorry for all the inconveniences. So please try to understand the limitations. Just remove the App from your store's admin panel's Apps section and the subscription charge will be cancelled automatically.

Terrible app, doesn't even offer a preview of the uploaded photo. Requires "extra customization" for that. You can't install a Bold app without encoutering problems and having to contact support, they are really the worst app company by far. And as if that's not enough, when you uninstall a Bold app from your store, its stays on your site because it's still in the code, so you have to waste even more time with support to get rid of it. Avoid Bold apps like the plague unless you want to waste your time with support and mess up your site's code. Most apps out there install in one click, and you're done. Not Bold apps.

NOTHING IS SHOWING UP IN MY STORE NO TELLING HOW LONG IT HAS BEEN LIKE THIS SO WHAT AM I PAYING FOR? EMAILED SUPPORT AND DOESN'T SEEM TO BE WORRIED ABOUT GETTING IT FIXED!

It doesnt work how its supposed to and they have charged me for the service during my trial! I have requested 5 times to tech support that this be fixed and yet they do Nothing! 2 Months I have been waiting for them to fix this and all they do is message you back to say its fixed when you only have to look at my site to see it isnt fixed! They have cost me thousands of £ in lost business! The tech team could not care less! What a joke!!!!!

This app has allowed me to offer my customers multi-option custom product ordering. I was able to install on my own and get it to 90% of what I wanted to do. Nirav and Navjot were extremely helpful in getting my store the rest of the way. Will definitely recommend!

Extremely poor customer service! Emailed them several times in the past 2 weeks!!! I have been really patient to hear back from Bold, probably more than I should have. Time is very critical in business and we cannot wait for weeks to solve the issue happened in the checkout.

So this app solved a MAJOR problem for me. While I am still deploying it and have not completed I can already tell it will do much better than the prior Product Option (free app) app I had. The previous app once it adds the product to the cart you could manually remove parts of the bundle which it shouldn't allow. I lost hundreds of dollars due to this by the time I found it. This Product Options from Bold allows the item to be added (with the options and price adjustments) to the cart and you are not able to remove line items. Thank you for making a great product and saving me hundreds of dollars in lost sales. I had emailed in to support to get the app setup, I tried to follow the instruction but must have missed something along the way as it did not work as expected. Within a day or 2 (I believe it was a weekend when I deployed it) Raphael Silva deployed it for me. (now I did an update on my theme this same weekend) I had to email Raphael once he completed it as the theme changed between sending the request and him deploying it so he could update the correct theme with the app. It was done within 12 hours so for me that was a great turnaround knowing the hours of the support center. Once deployed MC reached out and stated they would like to log in the next day and clean up the look of it for me. WOW it now looks like it is all part of the theme and I couldn't be happier. Amazing job and support!

Product Options has been wonderful for our store, we love the flexibility it gives us. Jonnathan and Sam were very helpful today when I inadvertently made a change the broke the display of our options. Great support when you know just enough to be dangerous!

I am so grateful that I finally found an app to help me customize my products. Also, the customer support has been phenomenal. As someone without any developer experience and honestly a limited tech knowledge it has been amazing how helpful their support team has been in helping me set up my app in a non-typical way. I have worked with Challi, Simran and Harpreet who have all been extremely helpful in customizing my product page to meet my needs. I cannot recommend this app enough.

Bold Product Options worked like a charm for what we needed on our site. We tried several different apps prior to Bold (simply because of the price), but going with Bold is worth it! Top notch customer service (Rick, Nick, Marty, and Val are rockstars!) and just the ease of the app interface surpasses the others. If you're contemplating if this is the right app for your commerce site, just give it a try and you'll be convinced.

I have always been fond of Bold apps. Product Options in particular I find enables wonderful customization for both me and the person purchasing. I can collect personalization information, as well feedback about store logistics. They have all been best experiences. Always responsive, friendly, and timely.

Rony, MC, Mona, Nicholas were extremely helpful, fast and remembered my store and prior cases which gave me a feeling of continuity and being dealt with by actual company employees not some call center somewhere... We use Product Options heavily in our store and very possibly to a larger extent than any other store. The issues we have had with the app are limited, and the provided customer support has always been good. Aman was my most recent support rep and we greatly appreciate the time and energy spent dealing with us.

We have used the Bold Product Option app on our store for a few years now and it has consistently been very reliable. However, recently we experienced a small technical issue, so we reached out to Bold's Support for help.
