Excellent customer service and great addition to our shop. We highly recommend using Bold Product options.

This product has allowed to add purchase options to quite a lot of our products. The app is easy to use and will allow us to start a whole new business venture with custom blends. The future is more promising than ever because of this product! They integrated the system for us, so we did not have to do as much work as expected.

Just submitted a support request. Please deal with it immediately as I cannot spend any more time dealing with the problems. Sometimes the options show, sometimes they don't. I've done everything correctly.

After a year being with the app and managing lots of frustration with previous bad experience with BOLD, I'm now actually trying to come away from this app mainly due to the poor level of customer service I have experienced over the last 2 weeks when requesting a copy, paste and check process. The service model is friendly and personable but lacks the attentiveness, knowledge and support experience for delivery success and management of customer expectations. This is just my experience but work does not get checked, communication has to be chased and most important in service support, customer expectations are not managed and customer success management is very poor. I appreciate everything that has been attempted to deliver service but at the premium I am paying for their product, the service level is poor. I am now seeking an alternative product with a stronger support model. In my opinion, a stronger focus on service delivery would help BOLD rather than a strong focus on being nice and passing the ball around. The very nice part should always be there but the customers needs professionally should come first followed by the nice engagement. I will be removing the app once i have found a more suitable vendor. I hope my review helps Bold aspire to be the service delivery vendor they consistently aim to be.

I have to give the customer service support team some recognition here because they were extremely helpful in helping me get set up with using this App. I had some complicated logic and they really worked with me to get it to work. Have to give Rick a special thanks here. We are still deciding if this app will work for what we are wanting to do. But I would recommend anyone that is on the fence to certainly give them a try, because the app does offer some cool features and the support is there to help you through. Especially if your logic and needs are not overly complicated, the app will work great. I would certainly recommend.

It's in Staging mode for now as we're testing it out still but so far so good. Really helpful support and Developers are quick to optimize the app to our needs. Feel free to outreach them if you need some specific customization. We're missing some functionality like picking add-on item from Shopify catalog instead of upload images from the zero but Developers mentioned they're working on increasing features in a future and collect all feature requests from their customers, so hopefully our request will be heard. Thank you!

Mike was amazing. The team worked with us throughout the set up. We had some changes done to our theme and bold worked around it and got it all working. You guys rock!

so far so good. i have not rolled out to the public but getting it installed and ready for my new theme was a breeze. Bold Merchants were able to install the theme in 2 days.

The best tech support I've ever had with an app. I've been emailing support back and forth all day and they have been helping me and implementing changes that I've asked for. For example, I asked if they could make all options input boxes the same length. 1 hour later it was done. They edited the code for me.

I can't thank Bold Products and Nirav enough for all the help and support they have provided me to help solve a major problem I was facing. I bought this app so I could offer my clients a variety of options when they came to my website to order my fine art work, which is available on fine art paper, gallery wrapped canvas, and aluminum in a variety of sizes, as well as, give my customers the option to order a variety of colors in the matte boards and frames to go with the art! On top of all that, I needed a software that could handle a matrix of pricing and values to each of the options as each option was selected or added to the product order. I needed an app that could handle this complex set of issue now, as well as in the future, as I add more product materials, sizes, and pricing. I needed a very complex yet fluid app that was easy and simple to use on the front end for the customer as well. Nirav, my customer service technician, was so well versed on the back end and so helpful looking at my overall needs and then customizing the app to work for my specific needs. Thanks so much Nirav. I already have a support ticket open 501529 it's been 3 days since I have heard a response to this ticket. ***UPDATE*** After 5 years of paying for this product the current problem is making me want to leave Shopify all together. The app is great it does what I expected and beyond. The customer support is absolutely amazing and not what I expected. When I told them I was having trouble or that something wasn't working the way I wanted, they went in and fixed it FAST! If you download this app just know you won't be alone they have a awesome support team.

Very bad app. Full of bugs, complicated to operate, not working properly. If you want to add one simple field to several products, it will do the job. But if you need a little more sophisticated options than that, the mess starts. Highly not recommended

Just started setting up my Shopify store and needed a reasonably cost effective way to handle multiple product options. I've been happy with Bold Product Options, and Simran and Rick have been so supportive in helping me get Product Options setup and running. Thanks guys!!!

Challi helped via the chat today, Challi was friendly and although no problems were resolved but he kept me well informed that the problem was being looked into.

This app allows me to offer complex product options without slowing the site down. I previously tried used Shopify's variants, but with the color choices I offer they were unable to process the options. Bold Product Options is a perfect solution. The customer service I've been receiving is amazing. Honestly, its the best I've ever received. There was no problem they could not solve and were so generous with their time. I have to thank Val in particular for her help. Come for the app - stay for the service!!

I love this app but there is a major problem and the reason I left a 3-star review instead of a 5-star review. When ever I add options to a product I have to go through this lengthy trial and error process to get it to show on the page. It includes changing the last 2 digits of the cache params as instructed by Bold (window.BOLD.common.cacheParams.options) and having to add and remove the product from the bold options page in the app. I have to do this 10-20 times before the options show on the live site. SOOOOO SICK OF IT. I love the app, it is unfortunate this problem has not been resolved.
