When I got this app, I was having some custom styling issues. I reached out to the support and both Alora and Nick were incredibly helpful in getting it solved ASAP AND Nick even gave me a suggestion to significantly decrease my page load time. Would absolutely recommend!

Not every bold app is a winner, but Product Options most definitely is! The newest version 2 is the best way to create and customize a multitude of product options while avoiding Shopify's variant limitations. Not to mention the customer service, which has been truly exceptional! Customer Service from Simran and Rony was super quick and easy, thanks for the great support!

This app is invaluable to our shop -- it allows us to offer our customers clear and detailed choices for all of the personalization options we offer on our handmade toys. Their customer service is excellent. I have worked with both Tamer, MC, and Simran, and they're all knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and care enough to be sure my shop looks great and I'm completely satisfied. This is a MUST if you want your customer's shopping experience to be straight forward, easy to navigate, and easy to convert into sales!

Nick and the team are always responsive and focus on resolving issues and requests quickly. We couldn't ask for better support!

I have had to seek support (on a number occasions) and I haven't found it very easy to get. At least half of the time I look, their online chat function is disabled (I thought it was a glitch but was told by an operator that they take it down when they get busy.....), I have called in and spoken with someone who said they would get back to me once they learn the answer (only they never called back), and I have written emails (mostly recently Wednesday of this week--it is now Saturday) and they take several days (they say 48 hours but in my experience its been longer) to respond. Edited Nov 25, 2015 -- they have helped me resolve the issue -- took from Oct 19 to Nov 25, but it was resolved. A notice on their website said the Black Friday rush had them scrambling. Overall I like the product enough to keep using it as it does more than the Shopify variants can. I increased the stars from 2 to 3. Edited Setp 27, 2019 -- its been buggy for a while. Finally with the integration of another feature it became untenable so reached out to Bold for a fix as the cart is not showing pricing and it isn't integrating with the new multi-currency option -- been waiting a week and still waiting for a reply (after multiple attempts to contact them). Been told someone will respond but they don't. I see there are several production option alternatives and at this point, figuring we may need to look there.

Since starting to use Bold Product Options we've had an awesome experience, especially when it comes to customer support! Raphael helped us install the Bold Product Options app and matched the style of our theme. Great work and quick response! I looked at 5 apps but I decided on Bold. Why? Because they have people folks! People that talk on the phone and fix things! If you have been on the net for a while you will appreciate this. Now, the support - NIR- the most awesome support guy! He hangs in the with you and does not stop until he fixes it. No emailing for days, he calls you if needed! Now that folks is support. Nir has broad knowledge of this program and honestly, can make this program dance! I have some awesome conditionals and fixed suggestions he made to make it better. Thank goodness I have Nir, makes it so easy! Thank you Nir for a job well done. I appreciate your help.

Customer service was great and I love the easy customization of the app. I had issues with stripping the extra information off the order but that was a shopify issue not a product options issue.

Omg, I just had the best customer support experience ever. Nir was a phenomenal support and helped me so much with organising how my products looked like. I heavily recommend! I also have had help from Sukh, they were very helpful and I can't say a bad word. Thanks to them my webshop will work just fine!

I used the app to show my add-on products as picture swatches. The support team has been very responsive and the installation, along with follow-up questions/issues have been resolved within a day.

It is so easy to use this app and it has all the features I needed. The customer support is also amazing! They give me a quick response and it has the live chat so when you need their support, they are right there to help you. The tech support agent (Nir) resolved my problem so quickly and beyond my expectation :) Other apps will take ages to respond though!!

We've had BOLD for a few years now and love it! Customer service is always great and they are quick to respond with a fix ASAP. If it cannot be resolved right away they put me in contact with someone who can get it done within a few days and keep me in the loop the entire time. Nir was awesome at fixing my issue right away and even walked me through how to avoid and resolve the issue if it occurred again.

I have been experimented problems with this app for so long. But support reached me after my review and took care of all the issues, i wished the problem was solved sooner but it's fixed.

Great product assisting us to have product options on our web page. Mona and the tram from support are always friendly and happy to help.

We have been using the Product Option by Bold app for nearly a year. We are a large eComm site (for women’s fashion) with over 10,000 active product SKUs. Most of these products have very complicated option requirement as we heavily customize these products as per customer’s needs. The options a customer selects triggers a cascade of additional option because of the type of customizations we allow. We looked at and evaluated a number of apps and came to a conclusion that no other app can really support the types of customization needs we have. What was specially important for us is their customer service. The went over and above in solving a obscure need we had. The team seemed to be working round the clock on our ticket and handled each communication very very professionally. I would HIGHLY recommend this team not just for their product but for awesome customer support

Wouldnt have a business without this app! Really hoping that they catch up and over take the competitors with a live preivew and live image preview app..
