Very helpful! 23/10/2019 - An update from my review, i must say that i faced another complex issue with my bold product options app which was purely due to the way i have to set them out for my products and Bold is the only app that allows me to set my products options out the way i need them and with the great help from Dylan (who was amazing by the way) helped me yet again reach my goals for my accessories! Thank you so much Dylan!

Was really frustrated with the app but Rahul did an amazing job explaining the process and what need to be done in order to get to how I wanted the app to look like. He was fast to response and answered pretty much every questions I have. Overall, I really impressed with the customer service.

First I want to say that the customer service from Bold is beyond excellent. Rony was extremely helpful in assisting us in getting name engraving setup on our store. He even helped us to get the price to change on the product page when engraving was selected. This is truly a great app from a great company ...

I've tried a dozen of product options app, but this one is the best for me. Especially together with Bold Multi-Currency. It works fast, no delays on load and their support are really professional. So this seems to bee working well, perfectly actually. All the Product Options apps are a little difficult as they all seem to require a bit of liquid coding, which I was unable to do, and I tried 3 different ones. The team at Bold did an install for me, took under 3 days and appears to work great. Good looking product options with conditional logic and ability to format, which is huge. The price add ons seem to be working well also. If this app holds up, definitely 5 stars. Shout out to customer service team members Laurel, Precious and Kaiser, and to Raphael for the install. Thanks!

I installed this app to add a few options to my products and it's doing the job exactly as I want. On another hand, the after-sales service is great. Aman and Rony respond quickly to all requests and they are very helpful.

We have been using the app for a few months with our products having engraving options and we looked today and all of our engraving options were gone. The main point for the 1 star review is that you have to select all your products one by one for the options. you cant select entire groups of products which takes way too much time. If they fix it so you can select entire groups of products I will change my review to 5 stars. for now the app is useless.

Customer Service response time is best among apps used so far in the upcoming launch of our site. Nir and Subneet have been there to help me with any questions I have. Any strange occurrences, I open up chat and get response immediately. They don't only help fix the problem but they also explain it in a way for me to understand the process and fix the solution on my own. Friendly staff with extensive knowledge. Very helpful so far. :) We will update along the way to our launch date. *Jericho along with Nick Y., Nick F. and Jordan helped fix an issue by next business day. Mona at Bold helped us quickly format where our options showed on the product page so that our online customers have a more user friendly ordering process.

Great product, very easy to use and they have a very very responsive support team. Just write them where you’re stuck and they’ll sort it out in the background.

Appears to be the only app that allows you to offer custom options in upsells. Camila was super helpful too!

We couldn't run our store without this app. We rely on it for custom products that require sizing without inventory. The support Bold offers is critical. Simran on live chat is the best and cleared up and remaining issues!

I recommend the bold app constantly. The options app is so robust and easy to use, I love recommending it. Today, Mona professionally answered probably one of the silliest questions I've had to ask all because I couldn't see what was right in front of me. Thank you!

It's better than all the other apps. The support is fast and it just eclipses every other app out there. We're doing custom jewelry and needed a ton of flexibility and features. This app was the answer to the other options apps that lacked the exact thing I wanted to do, which was have a visual indicator of my options (swatches). Also, the ability to adjust prices with the variants. Throw in the fact that the subsets are saved to choose from later this app is a slam dunk!
