I've used this app for three years and it is excellent. Once you get your head around the conditional logic it is very straight forward. The help desk is brilliant and always quick and efficient. Tonight I was helped very efficiently by Priyanka.

The options needed some customization and improvements, the customer support was quick in resolving all the concerns. Cheers to Dylan for all the help!

I use this app on several of my shopify accounts and love them. I recently had to contact support for the first time and the fix was surprisingly easy, I just missed the button but Sukh helped me out and it was a smooth easy fix. Just needed to update it for my new theme. Love these peeps!

1/2020 UPDATE: Moved to a new theme and expanded our use of Product Options. Many thanks to Mona and the other Support Team members who went above and beyond to help me achieve my latest goals. Like all Bold apps, Product Options is beautifully designed, tremendously functional, and wonderfully supported. We use it to allow our customers to design modified versions of our furniture products. We may use it on other products to add up-sell options. The app allows you to create an option of virtually any type so you can choose what works best for any given option. We use swatches, radio buttons, drop-down lists, and a large text field, for example. The flexibility is impressive and I love the option preview you can see in the admin. Another fantastic feature is the ability (with the proper subscription level) to specify rules that hard/show options based on prior selections. This makes for a cleaner UI for the shopper. For example, we offer two types of certain modifications, one "standard" that we have ready to go and one "custom" which requires more effort and costs more. Choose the standard and you get a choice of the standard offerings. Choose custom and you get a text box to enter the custom info. When you install this app, you also get a fantastic support team. I would consider my goals for the app pretty ambitious and complex. Samuel L made sure that I used the functionality to its fullest to reach those goals, even when I moved the goalposts!

I just added personalized products to my store, this app is really helpful for setting up my products. Their customer service is excellent and extremely fast in responding! I think some of the option layouts could be a bit better, though.

Sukh and Grant did an awesome job helping us get our new options to show up in the right places. quick service too!!

Great customer support from Kelsey, she answered all of my questions and was very helpful in the way that she explained everything.

Don't bother - completely slows down your website! Options work fine, but makes the website load a lot slower.

Great App, works great for me and their email support is great and helps resolve your queries as earliest as possible.

The customer service is next to none with Bold, they show great service and are on top of whatever issue or question I have. Great app! Just what o have been looking for. Thank you Marty and Shubhneet you were a great help!

Nightmare in every sense of the word. During the height of holiday shopping the app made it impossible for our customers to check out and to add insult to injury, the customer service disappeared for days onylt o start responding once we deleted to "win(?!)" our business back. Their product video offers a 30 day free trial and 14 day elsewhere. Their CSR *offered* a free trial extension but we ended up getting charged anyway then wasting time getting Shopify involved to get our refund after several attempts. Even Shopify couldn't get a response at first and kept having to try other avenues. Their emails tend to be more excuses of why they're screwing your business because they have so many customers and there is oftentimes an English-speaking language barrier. The very worst part is although we've scoured our files to delete every trace of them after removing the app, we're still finding bits of their code popping up throughout our customer facing site. Causing us more productivity hours undoing the damage of integrating their app on our site. We moved to Infinite Options after this nightmare in mid-December and they are leagues ahead in terms of functionality, professionalism, transparency, support and price. The last time I ever give a Bold app a chance in any of my stores. Over-priced, under-supported and abjectly clueless. Use Infinite Options.

Overall the product options App by Bold has been a lifesaver for us. We really needed the mix of pieces that it pulled together. I give it 4 stars only because there is just some slight room for improvement (like removing excess data from product info and ability to hide products from showing or not on checkout - because it impacts abandon cart messages in strange way for us but we have unique needs)...the service is SOLID 5 STARS and tech support goes over and above to keep it working if anything comes up or needs refinement. I've had several superstars (Julian recently) who just get it done right and timely. MUCH appreciated and thanks to the entire team.

I am quite a novice in this and couldn´t make it work. But I just get super service from Bold and they are helping me implement the app.

Great customer service! Really enjoy the app and it does exactly what it needs to while being easy to operate on the back end. I had an issue with the installation of the app on my website and Nirav went above and beyond to help me solve the problem very quickly and efficiently.

We've been using Options for years. Although it's not the easiest to set up, the functionality is close to limitless. The support team is usually very efficient and good at what they do.
