So we added this app to our website www.BackChairBag.com to offer Personalization to our customers when they want to add there name or initial / Monogramming to there Back Chair Bags. I Must say I went through a few different apps here on shopify app store and this one is THE BEST! Samantha was a great help to get us up and running she walked me through the steps and I must say it was very smooth! SAMANTHA you are the BEST! Sukh and Rony helped me resolve an issue quickly on my product options. I made some adjustments to an existsing option and left in some faulty conditions. Thank you Rony for for getting my options fixed

UPDATE: Too good to be true. The app isn't working as advertised. What I wrote before is still true about installation, but now its been amended. The formatting on the options are not editable, the options are showing up, but not all of them, and the conditional logic isn't showing up.

We've tried several product option apps over the past 2 years but none of them come close to Bold Options. You can do pretty much anything imaginable with this app. On top of the great app, Bold provides better support than any other app company I've ever worked with. I can't recommend Bold Product Options enough.

Bold is the best app for offering custom options to your customers. It can be so overwhelming and confusion for you and your customers. The different options and conditional logic feature make building customer options easier for your customers - and that's what we all want! I'm not sure why I wasted so much time searching the App Store for a better App than one made by BOLD? I've used them before and I should have stopped trying to be cheap and just went with what I knew worked - not to mention reliable customer service. Thanks for your help Carter - appreciate you going the extra mile and triple checking that your App would fit all my needs. Do yourself a favor and go with Bold. They've been around a long time and know what they're doing. A+

Bold Product Options is an incredible app. What I appreciated the most is the customer service and how they went the extra mile to fix everything for my theme. Rick made sure that my shop would run smoothly and fixed all the errors in my original coding.
