Where do i start, Samantha first and then Rony. Both were outstanding, i was for sure a headache to chat with, although the lovely two people would never admit it. Aryan also very good the following day. Thank you. They were amazing, any problem was never too big and they went through all my questions with great attitude, with smile emojis all the way from beginning to end. I've used this app to easily create multiple product options for several different variants - there's a bit of a learning curve, but the customer support team is very accessible and easy to work with! (*Shout out Camila for continued assistance whenever it's needed*)

Elite Titles have used this app for many years faultlessly. It is great. We had a little glitch with an option pricing update on the store which Mona fixed within the hour - super service, and at a time when we are all struggling to keep on top of our game. Stay safe.

Great support, most are very helpful. The live support chat isn't as good at the email support, so I advise emailing but live chat is good if you need someone to pass on a message ASAP and live chat can help with simple tasks. All and all this company will go above and beyond to help you and make this app work for your site. The only negative I have is ease of use over some other product options apps. I have tried them all. Some are near impossible to figure out. Some are easy as pie to set up options. This app is somewhere in the middle. Not hard, not simple, could be a little easier. Otherwise the app works great.

I needed some help and Regina on chat was amazing and helped me right away. The Product Options app is the best one around + their great support will keep me coming back. Thank you Bold Apps!

Bold Apps is #1. From the design of their apps all the way to their customer service, these guys rock. We've been using them for over 4 years and have used several of their apps and have never been disappointed with them. Their customer service is incredible. Quit dinking around with other apps and start using bold.

I installed this app excited to add additional custom options to our store. I was disappointed at first because the options did not match well with my store's theme. I was also frustrated with working with their chat customer service. I was asking them to help me figure out how to change the look of the options to match my theme. The person I was chatting with was not very helpful and kept referring me to change the display settings. Thankfully they referred me to someone else, David, who had more knowledge about fixing the cosmetic issue of having the options match my website. Thank you, David, for helping me, I am now very happy that the options look more seamless with the branding and look of our online store. -Update Priyanka was very helpful and answered my requests very quickly and accurately.

Mayank been very helpful and provided lots of support as I needed. Very patient and easy to talk too. Thank you for that! I am looking to install more applicaitons down the road.

I am a newbie to Shopify and he was patient and helped me out a ton. I love the 14-day trial as well! They are very fast at responding to email requests. Jericho has been so helpful with support on this app! I would recommend.

Bold options is the best app if you want to add product options and specialization to your store. They have the best customer support, super helpful and quick to respond

After several successful years with Version 1 of Product Options we just switched to V2. This app is indispensable and just a gold mine for our store. The liquid installation was done quickly and efficiently and a few glitches were solved professionally and efficiently. But it was the personal way in which Camila and Navjot handled the communication during the process that really made me like Bold now even more than before. Thanks from Germany to everyone at Bold for your ingenuity and customer service.

I contacted Bold App because I was having problems with adding the snippet for adding additional cost to a product. We Nir was the one that helped me. OH MY Gosh, I am so glad I got him. HE IS THE MAN! I didnt' know how to set up a test an he did for me. I was getting very frustrated, I was almost in tears. But to Nir He came through for me. Thank You again sooo soo much!! If I can give more than 5 Stars it would be 10!! Update 1/8/2020 Kelsey was a lifesaver!! We couldn't figure something out. Shopify couldn't either, but Kelsey came through for us and saved our bacon. Thank you so very very much Kelsey. I'd give you 10 stars if I could because 5 just isn't enough. Carter was great! I just was asking about the hours. But he was quick, and very friendly! Love talking to you guys! Thank you Cater!!

Seems great so far, needed to talk to support and both Raphael and Naman were very helpful :) Would be nice if the currency conversion worked perfectly but they recommended a free app to fix this so hopefully this should do what I need!
