I am appalled at the customer service from BOLD. I have been passed from pillar to post and no body at BOLD is fixing the broken app. I am over a week later after reporting the issue and still no fix after promises that the tier 2 team would fix. This is not a fair way to treat customers.

Had an issue and I got through to an assistant. Looked like problem solved and then it was. Through a combination of staff, Kaiser was able to do a simple fix by removing the change and putting it back in. Simple but it worked. Now back to happy customers. Thanks much Kaiser

Have been using the app for a while. I had some issues that I needed to address and Rony was great at walking me through and getting everything back up to speed.

App works great. Needed some assistance so I started a chat. Naman was able to help and everything works!!

This app is really great once you get it to do what you want. I would give this app 10 stars if I could get the awesome help that I received from Naman and MC in the middle of the night when you need it the most.

Sadly this app does not work consistently - customers have been able to add on items without being charged at least a few times a month (twice just yesterday, totalling almost £100!). As you can imagine, writing to the customer after the fact asking for the amount they actually owe is a recipe for never seeing that customer again. We have given Bold customer service ample opportunity to fix this issue (over many months), but the response we receive is they "can't replicate it" on their end. They offered us two months free, but what good is that when the app doesn't work and they refuse to fix it? We have found a different app and plan to uninstall this one ASAP.

The best product options app with smart settings and the features I need. The support team is very understanding and solves my problems very well. Thanks again.

Awesome app with the BEST customer service! I'm not tech savvy at all and jumped on the live chat for some help. I had Naman assisting me within 20 seconds and he helped me figure out my issues in no time. Could not ask for more!
