I was pleasantly surprised by the availability of the Mona agent who really worked very well to solve my problem and answer my request. I had asked for several things at once. She had the patience to answer all my requests. Thank you Mona for your professionalism

The support from this app is extremely poor. We have been facing issues with the app and have raised the issue multiple times but did not receive any response from them. Meanwhile the app doesnt work the way it should and causing a loss on every order as the customisation charge is not getting added to the orders.

Jade helped me with all my customization needs and overall good customer service even though it took a while. *UPDATED* - I would like to give a second shoutout to Dylan for answering my questions promptly and helping me resolve all my issues!

We are very impressed with the product options app. It has given our website a great new look and feel. The support and development teams are excellent in dealing with any queries i had to ask. We've also been able to combine our finance app at the reinforced bed company with Bold App's dynamic pricing, generating more sales and flexibility.

I am so happy right now! This is exactly the app I needed to take my business to the next level. I had a minor setup issue and received excellent and quick support from the Bold Team :) Thank you!!

Really terrible support. You constantly have to be proactive in pushing for a response from Bold. We had Bold integrate its service with our store and once complete, around a week later, the Bold Options looked unprofessional (did not map with the Shopify options) and no Support from Bold. The Bold options would add duplicates of the option to the cart and then when the customer tried to edit the quantity, the whole item would delete. We had to refund customer's orders due to the faulty Bold options. I would recommend another service to get around the Shopify 100 variant limit.

I used this app for over a year, worked most of the time and I was happy with it. But then I changed themes and it stopped working and the support was the slowest I have ever encountered. So I uninstalled it and tried another. It didn't work as well as Bold so after a month or so, I installed Bold again, the app wouldn't install at all and 6 days later, after raising a ticket, I had not heard a thing from Bold. 6 DAYS. And I was paying for this service? Awful. So I've deleted it and I won't use it again.

I love using Bold for product options and the excellent customer service I received from Nir! Nir was very helpful with all questions I had and assisted me in updating my site.

We have been using this app for a quite while. It had problems some time to time but my overall experience was like 4 star until they have gone greedy last month i lost £250 from only one sale because i havent noticed i lost my premium privileges. The product options werent adding up to the cart and lost £250 because i wasnt informed the price gone up from $19 to $49 to have the same options which i used to have. So the options already i was using wasnt functional to add up to the cart. As a result, i have decided to uninstall it and found a better app with a plus which Bold has never had... Sorry guys you should have let me know ...

The app is great for allowing customization. There are some front-end learning curves, but the chat support feature has been a great tool for any questions I have. I would rate the app 4 stars, but when I've needed help and gone through chat, a rep named Dylan has been so great that the overall experience is boosted to 5 stars! I've had Dylan (chat/tech rep) help me multiple times, and he is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to knock out any issues I'm having FAST! As a customer, with limited html/website building knowledge, I can't ask for much more.

Room Tonic uses BOLD Product Options for product variants on custom furniture pieces that we sell online. It is a very powerful app. As such, it is not a wizard-like app that will walk you through all of its capabilities. Apps like this require technical and customer service support teams as part of the subscription. Their support is absolutely top notch. We worked with one support engineer, Nirav C. who was absolutely spectacular. He was quick to respond. When we were anxious about setbacks and delivery timelines, Nirav got his team to work over the weekend to help us through a tight deliverable. The fixes and work done was clean and high quality. Nirav went above and beyond for us. Thank you, Nirav! You helped us out of a sticky situation that surfaced as a result of our own mistakes and poor planning. We very much appreciate your patience and understanding with us; and moreover, your willingness to help us out of a bad situation that we created for ourselves. Thank you again, Nirav and we thank BOLD Support Team also.

Nir was awesome, only reason I chose bold, support it stellar. Support is critical in getting this set up correctly. Nir knows the app! Give him a raise!!

I have run into 3 question setting up this app today and chat support was able to solve them all really quickly and efficiently. My only constructive criticism is that some of this could/should be covered in the product documentation but chat was extremely fast and probably better than me stumbling about. Nir was awesome!

This application changed everything for our business. Coupled with Bold Upsell, our average order value increased by 30% and took us into much greater profitability than without. The team is easy to work with, responsive, and knowledgable. (Thank you, Nir!) And the product is excellent.

This product is great for our store needs - We use it for various add-ons for our products, variations and color swatches. Nir provided outstanding technical support!

I contacted Nir in Live Chat Support because I had a problem displaying the product options. He was very helpful and nice, as you would expect from perfect support. He quickly solved the problem and made an extra adjustment. Gladly again!

This app has a lot of features which attracted me. A few initial hiccups on my end were solved with great patience from Nir. Nir really was very patient and stayed with me on the chat for over an hour until everything was fixed and Raphael helped fix the installation and Nir also personally helped fix some frontend issues. Thank you so much Nir, for otherwise I would have moved on to some other app. Cannot wait to start selling using the app. Thanks again guys!

Testing out this app - can't fully vouch for the app itself as I am testing it, but Nir's customer service was stupendous! He was able to help me from installing it to setting up my first conditional logic and ensuring it worked how I wanted. Thank you! Can't wait to keep testing it to see if it's what works best for my business!

Awesome customer service got what I needed to be done super quick. Nir was the one who helped me out and was excellent.

Literally just started with this app, but so far so good. Had an issue with the placement of the options on my product pages. I chatted with Nir and he fixed it right away.

The app itself looks awesome but no reply from the support team and eventually I want to delete the app. V poor help center

I really like this app. It is an elegant solution to options using conditional logic. I did have a hard time finding part of the code - due to my template, so I contacted support. I was helped by Nir, who was friendly and proficient. He helped me solve a problem I struggled with for hours - in minutes. I would highly recommend Bold Product Options to handle your option needs.
