Great product and also great support. At the beginning of usage, I had some minor issues, which were immediately fixed by Ryan and the team.

This product is amazing! The options for customizing your product add-ons is seamless once you set it up! I was really skeptical about the monthly price but it more than delivers in performance and customer service. I've had some pretty weird code issues, customer service people like Ryan really know what they're doing! This app takes a little patience to set up, there are small bugs that arise from either conflicting code in other apps (ex. PageFly) or user error but these guys always know what to do. I recommend this app 10/10, thanks for all the help Ryan!

I deleted the app and files still lingering causing my website to slow down. I tried to delete them now its causing me liquid error

We have been using this app to fix the xxx variant limit and help with our customized Jacket business. It has since become an essential part of our store. www.mckeveytees.com ... We now use all the premium features... Especially the append to price, conditional logic, and adjustable prices. Whenever we have an issue the tech team solves the issue in a very timely manner. They are very helpful and help you to understand their app. Being a programmer, it is awesome to have such well documented code and support. We would give it more stars if possible. Great Job BOLD!!!

I create personalized artwork and require a lot of information from buyers before I can begin a project. I am so relieved to have an app like Bold to help me gather it in my Shopify site - saves me SO much extra legwork. I haven't had any issues using the app, but there was a situation where I couldn't get the desired boxes to align properly with my theme. Their customer service team was very hands-on and quick to respond, even on a holiday! I would highly recommend!

I use this app for options and to add different types of text to enhance my site. Bold Commerce product options basically kept me from losing my products because I could have more than 3 options. They took their time to teach me as well as make changes to help me when I needed help. They have a great staff and great service. I would especially like to thank Dylan for their help as well as showing me how to make changes myself. Their service and product get five stars from me. Thank you Bold!!! For the past few weeks, we needed multiple "tedious" tweaks to our website to make it exactly the way we want. Camila, has been a tremendous help and has made that all possible! We are super happy with their help and info!

We set up options in a day with custom pricing options, flows, photos, and colors! Camila from their customer service team was extremely helpful and responsive. She not only took the time to customize the font and colors for our options to match our site, she also taught where and how to put the code should we need to make updates in the future. Thank you!

Worst Customer Service. Will leave you hanging halfway and won't even solve your issue. Charge huge sums of money for an underperforming app. Can completely kill your shop with their incompetence.

The app does not work on my store, nothing is displayed on my product page after adding upload image option & short text option

I am using the app for quite some time and I am more than happy. Not only are the options great and the setup is quite easy, whats more impressive is the support I received everytime I wanted to change something. Nir and Grant especially did an awesome job, but I am sure that the entire team will be a great help to you. So I would definitly recommend it!

We use this app for years now. It's EVERYTHING that you will ever need in terms of product options. The customization options are endless, you just need a bit of web developer mindset to use it's full potential. If you don't have the skills - their customer service team is there for you. This app is very useful and solved our problem. We changed the theme and asked them to help reinstall the plug-in. It quickly ran into it for us, and it worked perfectly on the new theme.

We tried many of the other options, but this one did everything we wanted it to. It's pretty straight forward in its setup, and any questions or tweaks we've needed have been dealt with by their support easily and quite quickly. Very friendly and professional support.
