I've had a great experience with this app so far for my apparel shop. I offer lots of color and size options and this has made my product pages look great and user friendly. I had a small issue with some options not coming through on orders but chatted with a rep (Jeff - thanks so much!) and got resolved immediately.

Great Experience. I have been using this app for the last 2 months. It manages all my need. Customer support was brilliant.

NEW THEME UPDATE (2023) -- I recently published a new theme after 7 years using my old one and once again Bold Product options was vital to my store's functionality and success. Once launching, I ran into a few hiccups where the default code did not work properly with my theme, BUT IN LIGHTNING FAST SPEED, the help team were on it and had the App installed properly in a matter of hours. I cannot say enough good things about this product and it's customer support. Thank you! ORIGINAL REVIEW (2016) Absolutely brilliant. 90% of my products require the customer to insert custom information before being able to add their selection to the cart. I searched and tested multiple other apps and none came close to the capabilities and integration this one does. 50 thumbs WAY UP!

This app is straightforward and easy to use. I encountered a few issues and reached out to the support team and was helped by Alina, who resolved all my issues in a timely manner and was a great support.

There are so many great options for online stores. Its a very user friendly tool. The customer service (I got help from Jeff and Danin) is also great. I was helped with all my problems in a very friendly and competent way - for sure 5 stars for that!

Disaster. I have been a Product Options customer for 10 years. I started noticing a few options not being charged to customers recently and reached out to support. They informed me I need to install Version 2. After horrific communication that takes days for each message, they deployed something that completely torpedoed my entire site and it doesn't even seem like we can undo it. It appears like "Shop Circle" purchased this app from BOLD but kept the name. I am currently losing thousands in revenue a day with an unknown impact on long-term sales and no real resolution in sight that doesn't likely involve 50+ hours of work on my end.

I had initial issues with downloading the theme. I submitted a ticket and Ahmed helped right away. Quick help and great service providing extra assistance and information.

I would absolutely recommend this app!! We have loved using the Bold Product Options app along with our Shopify store. It has given us the ability to add additional options for products to our website. It has been great to make the shopping experience better for our customers. The customer service is always great. Deelen helped me figure out the issue we were having and walked me through step by step on how to fix the issue. They continued to help me even though I didn't know what I was doing and made sure our store was running correctly. Dan has also been fantastic. He reached out to me when I stated that there were things I would change about the app and he has helped make sure those changes were made. I am so thankful for the support they provide.

The extent of customization and features added through Bold Product Options takes the shop experience to another level. Updates are rolled out automatically. Support is quick to respond and knowledgeable in resolving issues.

I have been using the app for several years, never had a problem. Recently I have been working on a new theme, the app developers have been very helpful and very quick to reply. Awesome work guys! Highly recommend.

This app is a life saver! We sell original artwork with the option to frame and this app keeps track of the inventory so we don't accidentally double sell the artwork. Jeff and Deelen was also very helpful via customer support and helped me with my questions quickly!

I've been using BOLD product options for over 6 years. It's an integral part of running our personalized anniversary gifts business. We have very complex options and tons of different products that include if/then conditional logic. It is ALL possible with this app! Honestly if it weren't for this app, I'd probably have to pay thousands to get a custom website developed, and would dread that. The customer service is superb. I have contacted them over 25 times over the years and they are very helpful. Most recently, the agent over live chat fixed 2 custom code tweaks for me in less than 10 mins!

I needed some help re-formatting how our bold options were showing up on our product pages and Jeff was extremely helpful! I first spoke to Deelan last week who led me in the right direction, then I hopped back on chat with Jeff a few days later and he was able to help with our exact request right away. Very efficient, responsive, and wonderful communication. We really appreciate it!

Great app. Easy to use and add colour swatches to different products. Customer service also great. I asked for help on adding some code to change the size of the swatch and the response was quick and helpful!

We use Bold Product Options for a number of our products and have always had great success with it. Additionally, their customer service is always responsive and quick to resolve any issues.
