BPO is a comprehensive and very useful tool, and the customer service from Shop Circle is very good. They have helped with both onboarding and follow up questions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend BPO. Update for 05/06/2023 I have had about 1 hour of top quality technical support from Sarah and some anonymous colleagues in the higher tier support teams, and together they have literally solved so many of my cusomisation queries, doing all the coding in the background while Sarah has been expertly and very patiently guiding me through every single issue I had, and without showing any sign of tiring. I am so over the moon! Thanks to Sarah and the team :)

Jeff via support chat and Jason who gave me a hand with the install and the walk through are awesome and the app is amazing so far as well. I'm really impressed by the responsiveness to my questions and they definitely go above and beyond. Alina and Emira helped me out today and were amazing to work with. We have been using Bold Product Options since 2017. Its always worked well for us, the transition to Shop Circle was a bit rocky, but the team at Shop Circle lead by Dan, clearly cares and works to resolve issues.

Extremely disappointed to see this app that was once was very reliable and provided excellent support go down the drain now that they have transitioned to Shop Circle. I would warn any new merchant to stay away from this app now. We have been using it for years without issue, however within a short span we have run into numerous issues, including not charging our customers correctly at checkout, as well ass the app team taking it upon themselves to completely change our settings without notifying us so that our store was displaying (and charging) incorrect information. Not only this, the support has been horrendously slow, unhelpful and ultimately unable to resolve any of the issues we have been having in a timely manner. Quite a shame but we will have no choice but to look elsewhere for a more reliable solution.

Laufend Server Probleme , lädt und lädt und bleibt dann hängen, lief früher viel flüssiger. habe schon viele stunden arbeit investiert, die dann umsonst waren weil die app nichts übernommen hat bzw. Probleme hatte.

This app has given us the option to offer more menu selections in our Shopify Store and we have been very happy. We did have one glitch with some old code and I was not able to fix it myself, I reached out to Bold Products Option customer support, there one of their staff Alina, had responded immediately and was there for me until the issues was quickly resolved. She even fixed some things with our code while she was in there. This was a great customer service experience for me. Thank you Alina and Bold Product Options!

We are beyond thrilled with the assistance and guidance the Bold team has provided us. Not only does the app fix a long established issue our website has faced, but it has been relatively easy to navigate. This is easily one of the best apps on Shopify, the support is unbelievable. This app has been a game changer for our site. This is the gold standard for product options on Shopify. We would highly recommend this app

We've been searching for a solution for our custom charm bracelet builder for YEARS and have spend at least a few thousand dollars on apps and custom development that never worked out. Compared to 5 years ago when i started to use Bold Product Options, support now has improved significantly. They can now install product options to your current theme within the day. They also respond to inquiries and requests in a few mins. It was very different compared to before. I am happy with the service.
