Look behind just an option selection app for your product...i can create an entire menu with this app. you can choose each ingredient ...what I'm trying to say is that it's more than just an option for your products ..

Only great things to say about this app. Not only is the functionality what we need to let customers select a gift box option, the installation is simple. We had a few customizations that needed to be implemented which was handled quickly and professionally. Great communication with the developer. Five Stars all around.

Definitely give Bold Options a try! I've downloaded literally every single Product Customization app out there (literally EVERY one) and Bold Options really stands out because of their excellent customer service. They are without a doubt the only ones that will take the time to really make this an app a fit for your store. They helped build several completely custom codes for my store that I would have otherwise had to hire a developer for. No other app as ever helped me like this - even for a very very simple modification, all the other apps I worked with said that that was out of their capabilities and I had to find a developer to help with. Not only does that obviously save on costs but it also helps fast track the whole process because if you have past experience with developers, you know that it's usually very slow. I've worked with several customer service agents here who have all been great but most recently I worked with Nisha who was able to actual make code edits on the spot while I was on chat support with her which was amazing customer support. Truly exceptional customer service!

OK, so I do find Bold Product Review very useful in my situation, because I have variants and conditional logic, Bold made it possible However, my social sites (Instagram & Facebook Shops) that link to shopify store does not show any of the Bold Variants such as size, color, anything at all. I had to take it down for now and will have to think about my options. That was a big bummer, hope they will be able to change that in the future.

Easy to use the app and very customizable. I've had issues with other apps being too complicated and not streamlined well enough. The customer service is great and Mrunal really helped me out.

Thank you to Jeff and his team for solving an occasional issue we were having. Occasionally priced option variants wouldn't be in the cart when the customer checked out. The support team fixed this not only for our live store, but also for out development mode testing store. Thank again! Now if only they could add some quality of life features and proper integration with a few of the apps BOLD still owns.
