Excellent support... quick, to the point, knowledgeable, and issues usually resolved very quickly! 5 stars!

Have used this app for a few years now. I came here to praise Jeff for his customer service on the app. The product options weren't always syncing or if they did , it would be not immediate. I give 5 star for Jeff and 3 star for the app. I am on the basic plan. I also run a woocommerce site and adding the product options directly under the product description is so much quicker and easier. Anyway... Thank you again Jeff for your help.

We had this app on our older version of our site, and it worked well -- but when we moved to 2.0, we noticed that it wasn't compatible at the time. We searched for an alternative, and tried 5 other apps but none of them were able to do what Bold was able to do for us originally. We reached out to the team about it, and they were able to do a manual install on our new 2.0 site. They even were able to go in and make some tweaks that allowed for even better functionality. So far, it's working perfectly! Shoutout to Ahmed for being so great with communicating with me and the prompt updates to the app! :)

We've used Bold Product Options for years to help add several important customizations to our shop's product pages. We've always appreciated the ease of use of the app, but even more so, the immediate help we get from the support team when needed. In particular, Jeff helped us out of a bind this morning! He was friendly, responsive and helped educate me on the changes he was implementing so I don't make the same mistake again. Thanks Jeff! :-)

We made LOTS and LOTS of money from this tool! Before this we have to use Shopify Varients. Now we use individual products to build bundles and INCREASE SALES to the moon!! Oh .... and the support team... they are top notch. Deelen from Bold Options is kind, helpful and they really care to help. Lucky to have a dedicated Shopify group like them. They are truly delivering a solid product.

Ive used bold throughout the years on different shopify stores. Definitely a go-to for more options and image uploads. Customer service is fast to help when you can't figure something out.

I have been using this plugin for several months. Since January, my plugin has started to have problems. The customization options of many of my orders have not been counted. Some of the options that should have been charged were not charged in the end. caused me some loss

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Bold Product Option App. Als ich Probleme beim Einrichten der App in meinem Theme hatte wurde mir sehr schnell von Ahmed geholfen. Ahmed hat die Installation in meinem Theme vorgenommen, jetzt funktioniert alles einwandfrei. Die Kommunikation mit Ahmed war sehr gut, er hat mich bei jedem Schritt informiert was er machen wird und was ich machen muss. Vielen Dank Ahmed für den super Service!!!

Alina was wonderful. We have had some issues in the past and Alina was very patient with our process and was very helpful. I have been using this app since 2019 and have LOVED it since the beginning! I need dozens of variants that this app does everything I need. Each time i've reached out to customer service, they have been prompt to respond and are always friendly and helpful! The customer service is always *chefs kiss* I will gladly continue to use this app as long as i have my Shopify store :) A++++! I just like to update my review to keep my 5-star review boosted! Jeff helped me today and he was incredible. Not one doubt how much i love this app :)

i had an issues withe the coding part where my options did not show on my products. moreover, Deleen was superb, hes very helpful.

Without a doubt, one of the BEST apps I'm using for my shop. The ability to not only add options, but also add conditional options, has been a game changer for my business. Special thanks to Mona and Aman for the 5-star service they provided as I migrate to a new theme. I ran into a couple of issues and they resolved them in record time. Wholeheartedly recommend the app and the service they provide. Update 2023: Still amazing support! As I migrated to a new theme Deleen was able to quickly come up with a solution for me that enabled me to configure the app exactly how I wanted.

the app is good, but the customer service is so poor. They can't support live chat, only robots there. the one named "Alina" never help, what I want to alter, he never did it. It seems the one can't see what I sent, he never read my message in detail. I give this zero star, all because of this person. Very very not professional support!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Date 2022/12/16 Again, they never replied to my email. product options not showing up for our customers, what is the bug??? the dynamic list never update on time, the new products will not have the options even after it is created more then one week. The customer service team is fired? where are they Date:2023/1/4 We still have the issues about the product options not showing up for our customers. Contacted them with screenshot (specific browsers), but they said that their team didn't see it, and or they will not reply to your email even one week. Don't use the dynamic list to set up the option, when you have new proeducts, it will not show the option. They don't think there is any BUG, super low service. Iwill give new review every week until they fix the BUG.

Works really well and does exactly what I need it to. Support are super helpful - asked about one issue and that was fixed within an hour or so and they also spotted another issue on the site while doing that which they advised me about (thanks Alina!) UPDATE - needed futher support after changing my theme and Alina was again super quick and helpful. Thanks so much Alina for your assistance.

Though I was able to use the app and set everything up it wasn't showing up in my online store. Jeff was great. He resolved my issue really quickly. Less than 20 minutes. Now everything is up and ready to go!

The App allowed us to elegantly implement a quite complicated Ordering process easily, with very little associated development cost.
