Great experience, made everything super simple. Revenues increased immediately and exceeded the plan price from day 1.

Shopify's native gift card system isn't very good and this definitely bridges the gap. If you are looking to create an acquisition or retention campaign based around gift cards, you really do need to incorporate this app.

It took me last than 1 hour to enable Gift Cards in my store - it was a big deal for me! Then, I've discovered that I could also issue store credits when I try to incentivize people to buy or when I have a refund request. And then I've learned that I could actually automate emails and use the same app for the abandoned cart recovery. I'm killing it now thanks to this app!

I needed gift card functionality but didn't want to upgrade to the next Shopify plan. When I found Rise will do this AND replace my existing points system (because I can offer store credit via gift cards now), I was sold. Customer service has been stellar. Pretty quick to respond to emails and accommodating of my requests. Nadav is the king of customer service! Easy to install app and easy to use. If you have any issues, they respond quickly.

Superb app! Just too expensive for a starting company... Got a great going work and want to earn more with a great app? This one is what you are looking for.

We were new to running our own ecommerce this year and chose Rise so that we could issue store credit as a return merchandise option. We also decided to use Rise to issue bulk gifts cards as part of a rewards programs. The Rise team has been great to work with and was very responsive to helping us accomplish what we needed to do. We'll definitely consider additional services as we expand our store.

We had a few speed bumps getting set up because our use case wasn't supported by Rise.ai natively, but Nadav and the team were very responsive and helped us get where we needed to get quickly. Once we nailed down the workflow, everything worked seamlessly.

The app itself is good, but what really makes it great are the people behind it. Nadav and his team worked hard to implement features we wanted and required in order to launch our gift card program on time and on brand. It's easy to use and does the job well! Would recommend!

Love this app! Love that customers can have store credit towards their next purchase and you can even give store credit towards emails. One little tricky thing though - make sure when you first install the app that you either pay monthly or annually. Annually is already pre selected on top. So if you don't change it to monthly, you may get an unexpected large bill. Luckily,customer service is 5 star and they refunded me. For me - I have a small business at the moment so $19.99 a month is a decent start.

This app is really great - such a straightforward platform to use with tons of functionality. So far all the services inside this app - store credit, loyalty rewards, gift cards, bulk - work seamless and easy to configure. One thing that we're still missing - no credit reminders email but they say it will go live soon. We'll wait and see. The team is also great and very responsive. Totally worth the investment!

This app is super easy to set up and use, but more importantly, they have great customer support - because I'm not so handy with technical stuff. I'm not good at frustration either, and they make it really easy and are really NICE. Thanks to the GREAT Customer Support Team!

This app comes with so many features - a loyalty program, gift cards, store credit and so much more. The customer service is really great, Nadav from Rise.ai helped me tremendously to get my app transitioned from another rewards app. The team did everything according to what I needed and wanted. I was nervous about integrating all these features but I didn’t need to be as it worked smoothly. Very quickly I was up and running.  I highly recommend!
