We installed this app in 2018 when it was simply BOGO Gift Cards. It's expanded a ton since then, with lots of increased capabilities and new features. The support team was a huge help in getting us back up and running with a gift card promo using the new features and workflows since we were unfamiliar with how to use them. Thanks!

Does exactly what we need it to. Such an upgraded customer experience to the stock Shopify gift card.

So far, so good! Reached out for support and they responded almost immediately. Answered my questions and made sure that I was up and running. Thank you!

Still learning about the app, but there is huge potential. I have used it to create gift cards, which are way better than the standard Shopify gift cards, enabling buyers to edit and customise the card they send to the recipient. Nadav from the support team helped me instantly to get me set up correctly. Looking forward to further exploring this app!

I needed a solution to bulk import 240 gift cards I already had numbers for. The platform was easy to navigate and customer service very responsive! Even when the csv file didn't send right he reformatted it for me on his end and made sure they were all uploaded correctly! Only solution I could find on the marketplace -- excited to experiment with more of the app features!

Well it will be quite less to say that my dreams came true as this app is offering even more. All that i pen down to offer in Store Credits and Gift Cards, they have it all and its a great experience. I did needed a hand from the support to set it all up, and ended up getting great support. All five stars to fuel you guys up with motivation and yes, i highly recommend this app to all others who wants to bring such offers on store. I just installed on site, so hoping to achieve great results in sales boosts.

Used it to create a gift card for purchase campaign. We haven't taken advantage of all features yet, but so far it's working great!

So far Rise has replaced 2 paid apps for loyalty and store credit and I see it replacing at least 1 more app (returns) very soon. It is very easy to use and I am getting great sales results. The customer service is also very good. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to set up an advanced gift card / store credit program!

Rise is one of the few companies, aside from Shopify, that deliver unmatched customer service. I was up and running in literally 10 minutes. You guys are great!

I really like this app, I had a problem when selecting the images that i wanted but the customer service was "EXCELLENT" and my problem was solved. I really fin easy to use this app

The app seems to work great and does what I wanted (lets you offer gift cards) plus more. I'm thinking about also making a loyalty program.

This an easy to implement app with pre-written work flows which makes it super easy to implement complex workflows. Whats stood out for us was prompt and helpful response by Nadav. Very professional!

UPDATED: Support reached out to me and I was able to fix what was wrong. I'm updating to 4 stars until I can get some real-life use out of the app. I want to see if my customers experience what they should. So far, so good though. I am confused on how this app got so many good reviews. I've been back and forth with support for a month, over a number of issues - all related to the loyalty portion of the app. The workflows are not easy to use if you have anything beyond the basics. The 2 main things we wanted to do - issue store credit for X number of bags of coffee purchased and limit the workflow to specific collections - are not available right now. There are work arounds but they are cumbersome. I placed a number of test orders today (not thru the app; these were actual orders out of my own pocket) and nothing happens. Currently awaiting an answer to my cry for help from Support one last time. I did give 2 stars because Support is fairly responsive and helpful but I don't feel like my needs are over the top and yet I can't get this to work. Could be user error - if support takes care of my issues and gets me up and running today, I will update my review. Otherwise, I will need to cancel; too much time and money wasted so far.

Had an issue with billing which was refunded in full and we even got a free month even though it was my fault so hats off love the app and the service is awesome.

At first impression the Rise Gift Card Loyalty Program is just what our non-profit organization was looking for. I will review further after I experience all the features but it appears to be a great program. What was even more exciting was the support i received when i had a few questions. Nadav provided what i would consider the highest level of support I've experienced from any application with opportunities to screen share and walk through my questions together.
