The product allowed us to connect both of our stores E-Comm & Retail and the integration was seamless. The staff is very helpful as well.

This app is really great - such a straightforward platform to use with tons of functionality. So far all the services inside this app - store credit, loyalty rewards, gift cards, bulk - work seamless and easy to configure. One thing that we're still missing - no credit reminders email but they say it will go live soon. We'll wait and see. The team is also great and very responsive. Totally worth the investment!

Just installed the app after migrating from another platform, the store credit tools are even better than what I was looking for, and the support team went above and beyond to help me to quickly set up the loyalty program I needed. Love this app! Love that customers can have store credit towards their next purchase and you can even give store credit towards emails. One little tricky thing though - make sure when you first install the app that you either pay monthly or annually. Annually is already pre selected on top. So if you don't change it to monthly, you may get an unexpected large bill. Luckily,customer service is 5 star and they refunded me. For me - I have a small business at the moment so $19.99 a month is a decent start.

This app is super easy to set up and use, but more importantly, they have great customer support - because I'm not so handy with technical stuff. I'm not good at frustration either, and they make it really easy and are really NICE. Thanks to the GREAT Customer Support Team!

This app comes with so many features - a loyalty program, gift cards, store credit and so much more. The customer service is really great, Nadav from Rise.ai helped me tremendously to get my app transitioned from another rewards app. The team did everything according to what I needed and wanted. I was nervous about integrating all these features but I didn’t need to be as it worked smoothly. Very quickly I was up and running.  I highly recommend!

We installed this app in 2018 when it was simply BOGO Gift Cards. It's expanded a ton since then, with lots of increased capabilities and new features. Does exactly what we need it to. Such an upgraded customer experience to the stock Shopify gift card.

Still learning about the app, but there is huge potential. I have used it to create gift cards, which are way better than the standard Shopify gift cards, enabling buyers to edit and customise the card they send to the recipient. Nadav from the support team helped me instantly to get me set up correctly. Looking forward to further exploring this app!

I needed a solution to bulk import 240 gift cards I already had numbers for. The platform was easy to navigate and customer service very responsive! Even when the csv file didn't send right he reformatted it for me on his end and made sure they were all uploaded correctly! Only solution I could find on the marketplace -- excited to experiment with more of the app features!

Well it will be quite less to say that my dreams came true as this app is offering even more. Rise is one of the few companies, aside from Shopify, that deliver unmatched customer service. I was up and running in literally 10 minutes. You guys are great!

Used it to create a gift card for purchase campaign. We haven't taken advantage of all features yet, but so far it's working great!

So far Rise has replaced 2 paid apps for loyalty and store credit and I see it replacing at least 1 more app (returns) very soon. It is very easy to use and I am getting great sales results. The customer service is also very good. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to set up an advanced gift card / store credit program!
