The Rise gift card app has been extremely useful for us. It has helped us enhance our customers' gift card experience adding customizable processes as well as setting up reminder flows that do all the heaving lifting for us. The support team is also fantastic and very willing to hop on the phone and communicate over email to work out any questions.

Best gift card app out there. Elevates the customer experience for gift cards and adds the ability to send gift cards via email. We love that you can build automated workflows and promos around gift cards. Have not explored the Loyalty side, but are starting to expand the integration. Great team and support at Rise. We've been with them for over a year now and have added them to multiple Shopify stores.

Just started with the system and so far, I am loving it. Plus, they have great support. I had two questions and they were answered immediately which saved me soooo much time searching for the answer myself. I look forward to working with this system. I use Shopify Basic and this app gives you more than Shopify does at a better price. Stoked!

I rarely leave reviews. However, the rise.ai platform really impressed me. We switched from another loyalty program and have never looked back. Rise offers unrivaled levels of workflows, customization, campaigns and more. Also - their support team is great. Thank you for the help, Highly recommend this app. A+.

This is a great service. Right now, we use the Rise App during sale periods to execute on "Spend $x, get a $y store credit" promotions to increase AOV and encourage repurchase. It works very well and can be customized to match your branding. The team has been incredibly responsive and has helped us set up, execute and answered questions. They are adding new features constantly and continue to pack more value into the product. It's on the expensive side but it's easy to use and if used correctly, the ROI is positive. Recommend!

I use this app to help me retain repeat customers and incentivize new customer growth. So far, Rise has exceeded my expectations, especially with the reminders to customers that they have Loyalty dollars available. This reminder has brought customers back into my shop to see what's new and to make a purchase. Customer service responds quickly and has helped resolve technical issues I had at onboarding.

We set up our Rewards program on Rise a couple of months ago. It is pretty simple to use with a pretty broad range of options, but my favorite thing is the support team. Sometimes the response takes a litte time, but they tell you that up-front. But, when they reply, they are always eager to help and provide lots of guidance.

Loved the app - switched from starter to small-business version in less than a month. They helped me switch from the 'Add to bag' button on my Shopify page to their 'Send as gift' button too. Roy from their team was extremely helpful - thanks, Roy! Guys, I do recommend this app for your e-store!

It took me last than 1 hour to enable Gift Cards in my store - it was a big deal for me! Then, I've discovered that I could also issue store credits when I try to incentivize people to buy or when I have a refund request. And then I've learned that I could actually automate emails and use the same app for the abandoned cart recovery. I'm killing it now thanks to this app!

I needed gift card functionality but didn't want to upgrade to the next Shopify plan. When I found Rise will do this AND replace my existing points system (because I can offer store credit via gift cards now), I was sold. Customer service has been stellar. Pretty quick to respond to emails and accommodating of my requests. Shopify's native gift card system isn't very good and this definitely bridges the gap. If you are looking to create an acquisition or retention campaign based around gift cards, you really do need to incorporate this app.

Just downloaded. So far so good. Playing around with it right now but seems very easy to use. Excited to get started!

Nadav is the king of customer service! Easy to install app and easy to use. If you have any issues, they respond quickly.

We were new to running our own ecommerce this year and chose Rise so that we could issue store credit as a return merchandise option. We also decided to use Rise to issue bulk gifts cards as part of a rewards programs. The Rise team has been great to work with and was very responsive to helping us accomplish what we needed to do. We'll definitely consider additional services as we expand our store.

Superb app! Just too expensive for a starting company... Got a great going work and want to earn more with a great app? This one is what you are looking for.

We had a few speed bumps getting set up because our use case wasn't supported by Rise.ai natively, but Nadav and the team were very responsive and helped us get where we needed to get quickly. Once we nailed down the workflow, everything worked seamlessly.

The app itself is good, but what really makes it great are the people behind it. Nadav and his team worked hard to implement features we wanted and required in order to launch our gift card program on time and on brand. It's easy to use and does the job well! Would recommend!
