We changed our store rewards system over to Rise from the Smile app. So far it is proving easier to use for both us and for the customer. The support team efficiently helped us import thousands of customer rewards balances into store credit. We are much happier with a store credit system that uses the Shopify gift card mechanism, over our previous points based system that used Shopify promo codes. Customers were previously frustrated that they had to trade in 'points' for a voucher code that then couldn't be used alongside other promo codes so we were often having to void vouchers and manually re add points so that customers could continue to save. With the Rise app, our customers are more aware of the rewards system and it is instant. As soon as it was live, a customer used their store credit because their balance was visible at the cart which is a fantastic feature. In addition, we especially love the neat gift card product feature that customers can personalise for the recipient. Looking forward to seeing this increase customer loyalty further and improve gift card sales. Thanks for a great app!

The developers at Rise are very helpful, it's a great app, and they really want to work with you. So thoroughly recommend it, and if you need help or some customisation talk to them because they are really willing to try to help.

Really like the turnkey approach to creating user scenarios, easy-to-use workflows, and the automation process for rewarding customers. I've built a customer loyalty program using their workflows (reward customers for repeat purchases, incentivize higher cart value orders, and leverage the gift card functionality for a rewards program, contests and promotions, and store credit refunds). Very versatile platform. Easy to use for non-developers.

Customer service is fast and very helpful. Easily integrated with my Shopify store. Will start cross app integrations within the coming months and I'm confident it will plug in easy, or at least I can get the support quickly to get everything connected.

I had a few issues with the initial setup, but the support team from Rise was super responsive and went above and beyond to get things up and running. Would definitely recommend.

We switched to this rewards program and it awesome, the support team was very responsive and helpful during the implementation and data migration. This App provides what we needed, a Rewards Program that customers can use Store Credit and still use a discount from other active promotions.

Love this app! If you are looking for reward solutions and gift cards, look no further. Surprised how good this app goes for creating a loyalty program. Rewards are with real money, not with points. This is much better to make the customer come back and use their credit.

Rise is just what we were looking for. We needed to find a loyalty program that would apply a percentage to the purchase - there's offers just that. In addition, their service is outstanding. They ALWAYS get back to me with any questions or help I need immediately. Lastly, I appreciate that they are also looking for ways to advance their platform to accommodate more options for users.
