Add this app to help send gift cards to recipients. Their customer service was great and they where able to make the changes I requested instantly.

Absolutely love this app, by far it's the best on Shopify when it comes to gift cards. The user experience is great and it is very easy to set-up. When Covid hit, they were the first to help small businesses allowing to sell gift gards on FB and Instagram at no extra charge. The customer service is amazing, they reply within minutes every time I had a question and Nadav is fantastic. I highly recommend this app and I have been with Shopify for 4 years and had lots of trial and error with apps, this is a keeper.

We installed this app to be able to offer ALL our customers the option To purchase gift cards and not just the people who use Apple wallet. It’s a great app, very easy to use IMO, and integrated well with our store. The support from Rise is even better. They are quick to respond and are knowledgeable. They even helped me in a holiday weekend! I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to add this functionality to their store. This app can do so much more than just gift cards which we will be looking into soon!

A good loyalty program that we use extensively with our customer base. For my business, Rise.ai is a great tool to increase AOV and encourage re-purchase. Thanks for a great product!

Good personal help from Sam with the bulk uploads and with Nadav for the customizations! Rise doesn't have a bulk upload button for store credit, they do have a bulk upload button for gift cards. Note: They charge a fee of $0,20 per store credit update above 250 store credit uploads per month. They are working on improving their API.

Great stuff. We came for the gift card solution but found all the functionality we were looking for. I did have a slight issue with implementation on our site, but received great support to resolve the issues. They also offer good solutions to support businesses during COVID and to increase loyalty. Thank you!

If I could rate 0, I would. In my personal experience, Rise.ai is shady and a company out to gouge the little guy. When a customer, like myself, sees "$0.20 an order" on their pricing page, I find it “convenient" how they don’t provide any other explanation about what that actually means, LOL! Until you get the $1,000 bill. As an extremely savvy Shopify website owner and Shopify app customer, when I read "$0.20 an order" that obviously means to me $0.20 an order made by an actual Rise.ai gift card, or, obviously when a Rise.ai gift card is purchased. Because let’s be honest, it would be INSANE for that to actually mean $0.20 of every order made in my shop haha. But it does. It means, regardless of their involvement, they will take $0.20 an order. On what planet, in what galaxy, does Rise think they are entitled to $0.20 a damn order? Your app provides the LEAST amount of value of the 15+ apps I am currently using and your app is 5x -100x more expensive than my other apps even with a plan reduction. AVOID Rise.Ai. Run.

Continue to be positively surprised by the team at Rise. They are always available for a quick support and the app is getting better and better. The new collaborations with IG and Google are amazing additions as well! Well done Rise

Great system for my reward program and gift cards. A few issues with work flows, but the customer service team has been very helpful in fixing and have responded promptly to my questions.

Update on 6/26/2020: Rise.ai's customer service does not cease to shine! Very responsive and attentive to their customer needs. This 1-person small business owner, appreciates that 1000%! ~ owner, LaliSimone (www.lalisimone.com) My experience with Rise.ai has been very positive. The workflows are awesome as well as the email templates. They are a quick and easy way to activate and manage a successful loyalty strategy for my shop. Plus the customer service is excellent.

We are using this app for brick and mortar and online - rewards, gift cards and store credit. The online functionality on Shopify with gift cards is much improved now that we are using Rise. After one support call - (Ari assisted me) I am very impressed! Thank you for the help and for the great app.

Very solid tool with responsive support and an expanding roadmap. They are solution and outcome oriented - making commerce better for customers and merchants, not just on standing pat with a product. Looking forward to growing with them on board.

Very well thought out and highly responsive support staff. This app, while certainly not inexpensive, is a meaningful investment in taking your site from "mom and pop" shop to performing like major corporations', in record time. I can see why so many big companies use rise.ai.

This is my second review after Hila kindly help and answer all my relentless emails I mainly chose this app due to its feature of giving out gift card to customers in terms of virtual Loyal Card. Giving out gift card is great because now my customers can put in any additional discount code. I can run any promotion and now customers dont have to choose between using the promotion discount code or Loyal card. and thanks again for the awesome support!

Very helpful reps. Hoping this will be a great add on for our new shopify account. We are switching our complete business from Square to Shopify and this app seems to be what we need to integrate and grow our business.

AWESOME. I wish I found this app first than the other one I used. This loyalty program use GIFT CARD system, which will allow for additional use of coupon code. Ability to use coupon code is really important in my store for affiliate programs. The other loyalty program app that I installed use a discount code based credits to give to customers. So if customer claim for their store/loyalty credits, they cannot use additional discount codes. PLUS, this Rise app cost less expensive. SO AWESOME. 100x STARS
