The app is really easy to use - particularly gift cards - and I had some great help from the support staff.

This is the most phenomenal customer service team. I chatted in to see if they might have any offers for Canadian businesses as the exchange rate to USD is a bit steep right now, especially for a business suffering from COVID-19. Mark and the Rise.ai team surpassed any expectations I had as we work to get back on our feet. So far, this program has been very user-friendly and has much more customization than I realized. We use Rise to provide our Brand Ambassadors with store credit! We have really enjoyed our experience using Rise and communicating with the extremely helpful and kind customer service reps. They have made our lives so much easier!

Great service. Was setup in 10 minutes. Had a question and they solved it from start to finish. Love it!

The support team is fast and friendly and fixed my issues quickly. The gift card part of the app is beautiful and the best on the market that I've found. We're just diving into the loyalty aspect and can't wait to see the results.

Update** Sept 25, 2020 I had an issue with a customer who ordered a gift card but did not receive it. I messaged the Chat and Sam replied back to me quickly and informed that there was concern that the customer used part of a gift card to pay for the gift card. The level of sophistication to safeguard us is great. I really enjoy using Rise. It is the most expensive app we use but quality does not come cheap. Money well spent! I found Rise while searching for a gift card based loyalty program. I have never looked back since. After downloading it, I saw it was very intuitive to set up. I scheduled a call with a Rise representative to speak about the app and what it can do. After a quick 30 min call, I had what I needed to continue building out my flows and start building greater loyalty with my customers. This is the fastest I have been up and running with an app. Rise has been great and they continue to be great. Thank you for the amazing service and awesome product!

I use this app to help us with both physical and eGift cards, eGift cards being a new feature for us. Capabilities for both are really great and the ability to create different denominations in bulk for the physical cards (before sending the printer) is seamless. The only thing it could be done better is the new dashboard while it is simple and I have a hard time navigating it.

Really good app. I switched from a point-based loyalty program and this store credit program works much better for my customers since it's easy to understand. Support has been phenomenal as they were able to answer all of my questions as I was learning about the back-end stuff.

Used this app for bulk Gift Card import. Although the import went well, downloading the subsequent csv file for the generated give cards did not work. However, this was quickly resolved by the RISE support team.

I was looking for referral system, but found much more with this app. Their graphical flow builder is amazing, allowing us to create limitless scenario cases, and customer service is simply exceptional. I recommend this app and very thankful to have them as our solution provider.

Exceptional customer service! Had issues with charges and gift cards not being fulfilled due to fraud risks, and the team helped me out promptly!

Rise.ai was the answer to two pieces of functionality we were trying to add to our store. First, we wanted to provide a digital gift card that buyers could send to someone else so that person could make a purchase of their choice. Rise.ai did this SO easily and that gift card has the most sales on our store. Second, we wanted to provide a one time bonus gift card for first time buyers. There were a few stipulations such as the product being from certain collections but Rise.ai support helped us create the workflow so the bonus gift cards were issued correctly. The clean dashboard, simple set up and responsive customer support make Rise.ai a five star app!
