Rise.ai has provided us with the digital wallet solution we were looking for. Support on Rise has been fantastic. We had to preform an last minute, urgent migration between two of our stores and Emilie took a lengthy call, walked us through the process and helped preform the migration and balancing. We wouldn't have been able to get in time without her!!

So far, so good... and by good, I mean actually kind of genius. I love the idea of turning “thank you” into cashback, and it turns out my customers do too. It's basically a digital hug that says 'I love you, here’s some money to spend at my super cool shop. I can’t speak to conversions just yet (manifesting those as we speak), but setup was a breeze. I peeked at Smile.io and a few others before choosing Rise, but they felt like trying to assemble IKEA furniture with no instructions and three extra screws. Rise, on the other hand, just… works. Once you set it up, it handles the orders and quietly drops cashback into customer accounts like a little loyalty fairy. The tiered percentages based on lifetime spend? Chef’s kiss. It's like leveling up in a video game, but instead of a new sword, your customer gets cashback. And Rise is reasonably priced... definitely not pocket change, but also not “why does this cost more than my rent?” levels either. I am keeping my fingers crossed for strong ROI though, because let’s be real: good intentions don’t pay for toner. Also, waiting not-so-patiently for their referral program to launch. That’s going to be a game-changer and I’m already prepping the confetti. Customer experience so far? 10/10. Eddie (hi, Eddie!) has been insanely responsive... like, I-message-my-friends-and-he-replies-faster responsive. Every time I needed help, he was there with answers before I could even finish typing “help.” So yeah, off to a strong start. Rise, like all official Shopify apps, can be uninstalled within your "App and sales channels" settings page on the Shopify admin. From onboarding with a live demo, to 24 hour customer support, and in one of my instances, live customer support via a call when needed. Very bad experince with that app if you are going to install it beware from it the reason is that they just only want your subscription there app is not problem solving we have purchased their premium plan to issue our customer store credit we created the flow that is ok but it is not runing not added any store credit to the customer when we connect with support they just only answer that we are trying our best and you will surprise that their response time is 3 to 4 hours not serious with their customer they just only want subscription from their customer after wasting our 4 days on this app we found the credityard app very good app, good customer support and solved our problem.bloddy hell app rise.ai Hello, I'm Yishai, Head of Customer Operations at Rise.ai. I installed this app a couple of days ago, and it is excellent as we have been looking for a way to manage store credit and loyalty all in one place while utilizing Shopify's legacy account creation. UPDATE: we have been using this app for about six weeks, which is fantastic. Yesterday, we upgraded to Pro to get the One-Click Apply button, and I had an issue trying to get it to work. John(Customer Rep) not only got it to work but recommended a better way to execute it. He is a Rock Star. The Customer Service here is top-notch! Another day and another excellent customer service interaction. This time it was Eddie. This team is awesome:)
