I used this app to create Gift Vouchers on my site. This is my first paid for app and I'm so pleased with the integration, usability, customisation and intuitiveness so far. I hope to update my review once I have experience of selling the gift cards too.

I just installed the app on time for the holidays and I've loved their top-notch customer service. From their initial video call to help me create the best gift card program that fits my company's needs to their online customer service to help me customize the look and fit of the gift card experience!

Easy to use and the price isn't bad! I like that they allow us to create our own card design. I created one that matches my brand. It's an overall great gift card app to use.

We are using this app to allow customers to purchase gifts and send their friends and families eCards. Their app is very robust and their customer service is top notch - they're happy to have calls to scope out your requirements and help you do what you need to do. Roy in particular is great to work with!

The app is very effective and works as expected. Support has been just as great and very responsive. It has generated me quite a few new customers using the workflow feature. Store credit and loyalty services are also great. It gives customers a reason to open accounts, increase cart value and come back to the store because they know that they're going to get real money in return. Last but not least - the gift card service is awesome and adds a level of professionalism to my website. Would highly recommend. --

So far this app is great. I have had a couple of teething issues with the formatting on my website, Noa from the Rise team has helped me out with this and there are only a couple of other tweaks to be done. She has been a big help and very prompt in replying. I've only just installed the app and haven't been pushing the gift card until it's ready so no sales yet - I will update the review once it is up and running properly - and can hopefully increase to 5 stars :) Thanks - Nic
