Support is quick to reply, really happy with the app so far. I am mainly using it to bulk generate gift cards which it does seamlessly and easily.

I used this app. It is easy to use and user-friendly. Support is good but a bit slow but I will recommend this app.

I'm so glad I found this app. It's exactly what I was looking for - gift cards, easy to manage, flexible store credit and a simple purchase based loyalty system all in one. I like the control it gives you and that it's up to you how complex and layered you make your programs. Lots of flexibility in it. Customer service - shout out to Noa - has been great. Really happy.

Great product with a great team behind it too that genuinely wants to see its users get the best out of the app. I was super surprised to have received a call from Ari who then proceeded to help me out with a urgent issue we were facing. I used this app to help me with managing employee gift cards for anniversaries. Working great! The back end bulk upload is super easy to use.

Rise is awesome! Most of our users purchase with store credit and Rise solves our biggest issues with the built-in Shopify gift card system. With Rise, our users can see their card balance and choose to use their linked Gift Card from their cart. They can also see their full Shopify gift card code on their account page. We did have one small issue installing Rise on our site, but Roy from Rise was able to get the issue solved for us in less than 12 hours.

The customer service is incredible. Noa has been pending all my doubts satisfactorily. Thank you. The application works as expected. Infinity of options to reward consumers.

Very user-friendly app and fast support. Works best on Shopify (middle) plan or higher as shopify restricts the use of Gift Cards on the basic plan.
