I must admit I am not a tech/app savy person but Roy was amazing in helping me sort everything out. I will highly recommend app! It looks really good and it is exactly what were looking to add to our website.

The app is great and the team is even better! I did come across a few issues I needed help with, but the team was very kind and responsive!

Rise is awesome! Most of our users purchase with store credit and Rise solves our biggest issues with the built-in Shopify gift card system. With Rise, our users can see their card balance and choose to use their linked Gift Card from their cart. They can also see their full Shopify gift card code on their account page. We did have one small issue installing Rise on our site, but Roy from Rise was able to get the issue solved for us in less than 12 hours.

I used this app to help me with managing employee gift cards for anniversaries. Working great! The back end bulk upload is super easy to use.

Very user-friendly app and fast support. Works best on Shopify (middle) plan or higher as shopify restricts the use of Gift Cards on the basic plan.

Thank you so much!! We struggled to find a good store credit app ever since we migrated into Shopify but couldn't find anything native in their system. This app creates the full store credit experience! Our customers will no longer get multiple gift cards which they will have to remember to use, instead, this service accumulates all credit on their account and prompts them to use it at the checkout. Customers don't even have to remember their code, it's just a simple button to apply it. Highly recommended!!

This is a great app. We were looking for a gift card solution that would offer more and this one's features are great. We especially like that we can add our own custom greeting card designs and that users can schedule the delivery of their gift cards. We'd love to be able to customise more of the fonts and colours to bring the app in line with our site's look and feel but this isn't a deal breaker.

I love this app and its support team! They helped me with instalation during the weekend and now I can enjoy a great gift card system for my store. I used to be on Shopify plan with its native gift card but now, with this app, my gift cards are much more customized, customers can send their gift cards directly to recipients via email, message or print it, I can set up my custom reward program with gift cards... And that's all was not possibile with Shopify's gift cards. I really don't know why I waited so long to switch from native gift cards into this app which I fully recomend!

App works great, very quick support, and I like where they're going with the new features & functionality.
