The GiftWizard team has been amazing to work with! Love that our customers can now send e-gift cards.

The app is easy to use. It's nice to send quick store credits to customers. Customer service is even better than the app. I thought I had an issue (later found out it was something I had done in my settings) so I emailed customer service. They quickly discovered what my issue was and how I did it and walked me through fixing it. Which was just as simple as a click. I definitely recommend this app to any shop!

We love this app! We use GiftWIzard to set up our gift card and rewards program. Great app and helps boost engagement. While I haven't needed too much from them, their support has been amazing. I highly recommend this app big time.

Their support staff are the BEST I've dealt with in a long time! I love the App and the tings it can do.....looking forward to testing it's limits while learning it's functions.....I would like more control over the gallery though....I'd like to be able to delete duplicate or not wanted images and have ability to group - theme images into collections and make available to customers instead of limited carousel as is. Otherwise Love it!

I used this app to send out 260 gift cards via email for a corporate rewards dinner. The customer support I received was out of this world. I only had two days to turn this project around before the dinner. Ari was so responsive and helpful through the whole process and our client received exactly what they were looking for! Cheers!

This app is really great on rewarding your customers with just something as simple as a gift card, plus the support is awesome! Mark has helped me on several occasions and has been wonderful answering all my questions.

its a really cool app to refund to my customers or to pay off for a contest or a birthday gift!! i would difently change the cash out so when my customers get their refund they should get there money right away.

this app is wonderful. I was having a bunch of issues and even accidentally signed up for the wrong plan. Customer service was fabulous to work with and very quick and understanding to what I needed. They walked me through things over the phone and resolved all my issues. this app definitely earned their good rating for excellent customer service.

So far, I really love this app! It has easy setup, tons of free options and plenty of room to grow! I want to use this app to provide automatic cash incentives to my customers. The plans are priced fair. Little effort on our end and great email templates and plans. I think they could improve with more cashback options, but my overall experience using the app so far is really good.

This is one of the better gift card apps you can install into your shop. There are a lot of customization options and the team was very helpful with all the custom changes I needed for my site. Thanks guys!

Really happy with how easy this has been to install and for customers to use. Definitely helped increase sales since people wanted the option of gifting my digital product without having to buy and forward it.

Just started using this app and our customers love the new ability to send a gift card with a message, rather than just buy one directly. We will be promoting this feature prior to events such as Mothers Day or Valentines Day. Looking forward to using some of the other features such as sending gift cards in bulk to some of our best customers, or staff, or allowing customers to directly gift products. I feel like this app was designed with my gift shop in mind. The setup process is intuitive and the customer service is top notch (thank you Ari!). The features (e-gifting + gift cards + greeting cards) are customizable. Amongst all the apps I have, it’s one of the most important ones. The monthly fee (30$) is so worth it! I’m loving all of it. UPDATE: I've been using this app for a while now and it' even more amazing than I first thought. In addition to offering e-gift cards, I've been able to create physical gift cards! It's really awesome to be able to offer customers a gift card in person! The Gift Wizard team continues to be awesome as well! Thanks Roy and Ari!
