Shopify's native gift card app doesn't allow for scheduling and requires that that the gifter forward their receipt email to the giftee. Not the best gifting experience. Gift Wizard makes it possible for you to have those features AND stay in the lower Shopify plan until you grow. It was definitely a win for us. Customer service is 5⭐️super friendly and fast. Thank you!

Using the free trial now and we are IMPRESSED with the ease of setup and will its integrated with the store's theme. We honestly just planned to use free trial, but this app is the LEGIT. Gives the store a little more edge and credibility. THIS APP IS A MUST HAVE!!!

Ethan from the support team was a great help in resolving the initial set up issues - really prompt and responsive!

New user but so far it's great. I am certain it's going to be extremely beneficial to us and lead to new revenue streams and increased revenues.

Only recently got the app but so far so good and customer support has been great. Would definitely recommend.

UPDATE: The team has helped me resolve any issues by making some changes. I will say they were very helpful once they were able to get back to me. When I see their customer service has improved significantly over time, I will revise and update my review. Thanks to the team for getting back to me in this critical week! I do appreciate your time and effort to help me get some issues resolved. We needed this app to offer gift subscriptions through an integration with Recharge. At the beginning it seemed to work, however recently the experience with this app has made our gift buyers lose trust in our ability to fulfill their gift orders. There are some kind of issues going on, however the support, or even responses are very limited from the team. I understand personally when there is a huge setback with your company, all of your efforts are diverted to solving the problem. However, keeping quiet and not responding to messages from customers is a d i s a s t e r waiting to happen. Please reconsider hiring someone to at least answer incoming messages in a timely (less than 1 week response) manner.

The eGift processes of this software are nothing short of Revolutionary! Perfect way for the Last Minute Shopper to be Right on Time & perfect for the Recipient of an Unwanted Gift to turn it into a Wanted Gift with NO RETURNS! Support is GREAT and they practically read my mind about a feature they are working on that will make this one of my GREATEST Marketing Tools! Thanks Guys!

What a fantastically useful app! We love this program! It's very powerful and effective in actually getting people to come back to the store/purchase, by sending them store credit or gift cards. We also use this app for sending rewards. We've tried other gift card programs, and of course, shopify gift cards, but are definitely happiest with giftwizard. Amazing support too. Worth every penny.

What a great app! It does everything we need it to! Highly recommend it! Was recommended this app by a friend who was using it on his store. Very easy to set up and the guys at GiftWizard were quick with the help (thanks Ari and Ethan). I set up the automated emails to send gift cards for big spenders and that has generated a couple of sales straight away. All great so far!

An excellent app. Maybe plans are limited for the beginners, but it is worth to try. Maybe the free trial should be a little longer but this app gives you more options than Shopify $79 plan. I have just started to use it and it's incredible how easy is to work with.

The team is working on modifications to use the cards and egifts in other language. Good reactivity of the team with the chat...

We needed to generate 1,000 gift card codes to see if they'll sell this holiday season. After a lot of research, GiftWizard is the only app that can do it. It worked perfectly. It generated the 1,000 gift card codes without any errors and allowed me to download them in a handy CSV file to send to our gift card printing company. And GiftWizard's customer service is great, too. They're very helpful and treat you right.

This app does everything it says. It's shocking how difficult it has been to launch a gift card program that made sense. Ari is also really responsive and helpful with whatever you need. He even made small customizations for me an record time. I highly recommend you this app.

Great app and awesome quick and friendly support so far! Great alternative for gift cards if you don't want to upgrade your Shopify account.

I have not launch my store yet, but so far I am loving this app! It lets me customize the E-greeting card the way I want to, but most importantly; a great customer service / help! Since there is not many gift card customization app, this is definitely a MUST-HAVE!!! - I cannot wait to write more review about my experience with GiftWizard® once my store is up and running! - Stay tuned!

Lots of potential here for increasing conversions and is a great fix for Shopify's terribly limited gift card product. Great tech support & lots of good information in their help documents. All of my testing of the product has gone flawlessly. Good flexible payment options.
