Rise helped me immensely as I migrated my point of sale system (including all of my gift cards) from Square to Shopify. When I encountered some difficulty with the importing of all of my gift card codes, Rise helped me solve the issue even though it turned out to be a simple excel issue. Their customer service support went above and beyond. This app is an excellent addition to my shopify store for store credit and for gift cards. Their customer service is excellent!

we still have to test the app a bit more (as it can be quite pricey and still has to proof and improve its ROI, at least in our circumstances) and might have to update the rating later. But what I can already say that their support is amazing. Thanks a lot Keren & team, I hope we can continue the good collaboration and mutual support in the next few months and maybe years.

Would definitely recommend the Rise tool for all Gift Cards and Loyalty needs. Their ever evolving product keeps up to date with the latest trends and needs for any marketer. Most important for our team was the simple onboarding and out of the box templates that help you get up and running quickly while feeling confident in best practices for copy, design and overall strategy. The UI is clean and intuitive on the back end, but most importantly, the interactive customer experience is seamless and fun. Great idea for customers loyalty. Easy setup, launching the loyalty program and start using it was very quick and fun to do. Amazing customer support, very knowledgeable and very helpful.

Quick customer service but some resolved issues The rise.ai team is nice and friendly and get back to you quickly. However, if you're looking for a good integration with ReCharge, there is still a lot of work to do. Customers have to give their credit card details when they received a gift, which leads to a lot of frustration and mostly a lot of extra work. I hope they take up a defensive role towards Recharge and push hem to make sure this issue is resolved

Update: They have amazing service to their customer and it's always satisfy to use their service. And this APP is working perfectly for every merchant and it's grow your business from 5~25% in additional. Amazing! I highly recommend this app if you are planning to increase your returning and loyalty customers. I've tried out many rewards & loyalty apps but their conditions are too complicate and limited. But this Rise app is super easy to set yourself very easily and if it's complicated, their support team is always ready to help. They'll do everything for you to reach your goals. I love this app and encourage you to use this Rise app not only for online store but you can also use for physical stores. I'm using both and it's perfectly running great. We implemented Rise in November to make sure we had an easy way for customers to send and schedule gift cards throughout the holiday season. We're so glad we were able to get it live quickly! The team is very responsive and helpful.

I had a issue implementing the code, but I received good support with Gift Card options. Would recommend this app to drive revenue.

I like the way this app streamlines both gift cards and store credit. Very nice interface and great customization. The only reason not a 5 star is it took a while troubleshooting an issue with a workflow set up after I explained it several times. It does punch cards but not per item, only per order which doesn't suit my needs. However Sam & Mark from CS fixed a billing issue (which was my fault) very quickly and on the weekend! So 5+ stars on that :) Update: So my needed feature has been added to the 90 day product road map sweet! I'm updating my review to 5 stars based on this. Will keep you posted if it rolls out as stated.
