We currently use the Rise.ai app for gift cards and have been pleased with the ability to sell gift cards online and in bulk. We are looking to switch to the Rise loyalty program because we like the idea of using store credits as a currency. Customer service responsiveness is a big plus also.

Rise. is. amazing. Seriously, their 'send as a gift' option for gift card sets the standard for gift cards. Our business focuses around gifts, and this feature is a key part of our offering. I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you!! ❤️

There are different levels of subscriptions to allow you to gain alternative levels of access that align with the scale of your business that I love. The customer support is flawless - John was particularly helpful! Thanks guys!

Easy to set up and helpful team! Works great. To use all features it gets a bit expensive for a small company like mine.

We migrated to Shopify and needed a quick bulk-add of gift cards which was our sole reason for the app, however we now launched a loyalty rewards program with an upcoming membership program to use with and we are super thrilled how the app is working. I would recommend the videos and help docs as they were super helpful, but in addition to that their support (esp. Pauline) was AMAZING!

Keren was extremely helpful and resolved an issue I had promptly. Also gave me some additional insights into uploading CSV files and the contents of them.

We had a long list of very specific requirements for finance, reporting and legal to make sure our loyalty (store credit) program launches flawlessly, and Rise.ai met our unique needs beautifully. Being able to use their credits as discount codes, rather than gift card codes is the flexibility we needed. Along the way as we ran into questions or issues their support team has been very helpful and responsive—thanks Pauline and John!

Very disappointed....The app messed up my site appearance. I was billed multiple times for this app, and over two days no one was able to fix the issue of the "Send A Gift" button. Then after several follow up emails, I received no response.

This app is truly versatile in letting you set up various streams or workflows for rewarding your customer's loyalty. I especially appreciate that you can choose to offer hard cash rather than points. Small nuance but it keeps you from inundating your customers with messages about discounts and overall "cheapen" your brand. Customers can easily see the benefit in their account and plan to patronize your store again. I'm still integrating the features and it's amazing how responsive Rise.ai staff are to helping me along the way. Looking forward to integrating the app with my reCharge subscription offerings in my store as well as Yotpo product reviews. I can't wait to see what other new features they will be bringing onto the platform. A little further in the process, customer service is still excellent. I had a few questions about integrating Rise with reCharge subscriptions, Yotpo, and the account settings. Sam was an excellent resource.

We used Rise to migrate our old gift cards to our Shopify. Couldn’t be happier! They were very helpful and made the process super easy

We used this app for more than 3 months, started with the Starter plan, actually it works properly and functionality, but the big problem is not worth the money to invest. 1) The app name "Gift Card & Loyalty program", We suggest it should be changed to "Gift Card & Store Credit", their loyalty program is to overcharge, they charged $16 monthly for ONLY one workflow, compare to other developers, they will give us 10 FREE workflow loyalty program. 2) We are paid users but it took more than 24 hours to get approval for the workflow we created, we waited for your approval but you still charge our credit card on time, it's fair enough, isn't it? 3) If you are Shopify Owners, and you are looking at the Loyalty Program or Reward Program please go far away from Rise.ai, they are not a great choice, they are only good developers in selling Digital Gift Card and issued Store Credit.

It's very robust, but very complicated to get set up at first. Definitely push to get an account manager up front in order to get quicker response times. Their live chat is helpful and has fairly short response times, but an account manager was a game changer for us. They are still working on adding features and I think our use cases have added significantly to that feature request list. However, they have made exceptions to have their dev team do work arounds to satisfy our needs for things that aren't even available on the app yet. That is very much appreciated and in that way I feel we've received a personalized experience. All in all, I'm glad we made the switch. The user experience is much better than our previous app and a positive and simple user experience is worth any potential growing pains.

Couldn't ask for a better Loyalty app! We were using a points based app but providing customers with Store Credit that is in my store's currency is great, they actually know what they are receiving. Plus the support team were very knowledge and patient (even for those of us that are less tech savvy). I've only been using Rise a few weeks that but really promising so far.

We started with Rise when they only offered the Gift Card functionality. Over time this app has evolved into an even more powerful tool for loyalty, store-credit, and even automated promos using gift cards for future purchase. An important part of our marketing and retention mix.

I was grateful their live chat was able to help me within a few minutes. Not having responsive support can be so frustrated with Shopify apps. I was able to get an answer to my question fairly quickly on a Sunday, which was huge.

The Rise team never ceases to impress me. Their customer service and willingness to help is outstanding. As a growing business, it's nice to know you have a company that truly supports my business needs. Another great customer service experience. I'm so happy the Rise team worked with Facebook to get the gift card added to the platform. This will help with brand awareness. The app is easy to use and set up. I like the three options it gives customers to send as a gift. You can also give users a choice of images to select from, to add a customized touch.
